Sakshi shut up only because Raj promised that marriage would not happen. Otherwise she is very much against him using Kangana. She feigns support in front of others but fights with him over this issue in private.
Her manhood thing was not for her own gain the way Rajnath is using Kangana for his own gain. She did it only because Shaurya was not seeing Durga as a danger and still wanted to marry her. She did it to prevent their wedding so that either he himself backed off or Dayal made Durga back off. Overall that step was to protect Shaurya from Durga in long run and not for her own selfish gains.
I also wonder why board voted for Dev...maybe on knowing that he had majority shares anyway and that Durga was also with him (cancer project was corporate social responsibility). This must have egged them to give Dev a chance.
