Rajnath Goenka not guilty because the the tapes are doctored. Business rivals are behind this.

Sakshi not guilty because she is a great human being who sponsors orphans and donates liberally. The charges against her are not proved conclusively. It is all due to business rivals who are against Rajnath and Sakshi.

And Vasu defends himself saying that his political rivals are implicating his son for political gains.

Shaurya not guilty because there is no solid proof against him and he is mentally unstable. He cant be jailed and he should be under psychiatric care. Further Payal is mentally unstable and says different things. Payal and Nitya tried to trap a rich man's son and when failed both Nitya and Payal filed false rape case against shaurya and his friends.

Shaurya's friends are not guilty because they were playing carroms in Rishi's house and there are witnesses to prove it.

Durga and Dayal are guilty because they tried to implicate innocents. 3 years rigorous imprisonment.

Dev and Suchitra are guilty for helping Durga and Dayal.3 years rigorous imprisonment.

And Rajnath and Sakshi are hiring the most famous criminal lawyer who defends notorious criminals for a big fee in crores.

This is the way things usually turns out. Many have become cynical about justice at the right time, to the right people and in the right quantity.

It is not just their dream or fantasy, this is reality.. this is how the bad Goenkas go about doing things, and have done so in the past.

That is why simply collecting proofs against them and exposing them does not work, Especially if the whole system is corrupt- ranging from the police, the legal system, journalists and even the medical professionals who cook up or falsely testify for money/or out of fear.

If only it were so simple! Traditional methods obviously have not worked against them

Head on collision with them does not work as they seem to have an answer for everything.

Thinking outside the box is what is needed- it requires Durga to get inside their heads and think and strategize like the bad Goenkas. And adopt their methods to an extent to weaken them. And use her proofs and evidence at the right time when it is going to hit the mark!

The Goenka dream is on its way to getting shattered!

Agree. They are too cunning and too powerful and know all the tricks. They know how to turn situations to their advantage. Durga should be very careful and think ahead from all angles.
