Sakshi realizes that Akram Khan is alive and takes a copy of Rahmad Khan's death certificate. Sakshi wonders if Durga is the mastermind behind all this.
Rajnath tells Kangana to avoid Karan. She questions him about it but Rajnath says he is doing this for her well being. Dev asks Suchitra whether she felt bad that he spoke to Rajnath so rudely. Suchitra doesn't mind and tells him that she'll accompany him in finding the truth. Dev tells Suchitra about his encounter with Navin Mathur and how he agreed to help him. Dev says he only wants to bring out the truth. Suchitra tells him that she wishes to meet Payal.
Kangana meets Karan and they discuss about their relationship. Kangana says in spite of his countless mistakes she is ready to forgive him. Karan is delighted as the situation is under control.
Durga, Dev and Suchitra arrive at the hospital. Payal gets excited on seeing them. The doctor informs them how Payal's health is improving day-by-day. Payal recognizes Suchitra and hugs her. Suchitra apologizes as she couldn't come to meet her. Payal breaks down and tells her that everything has been destroyed. Suchitra tells her not to worry. Looking at them, Dev decides to find about Nitya and also understand Durga's role in all this.
Dev goes to the police station. Mathur tells Dev how the Goenkas have tried their best to keep him behind the bars yet he managed to get out. Dev gives credit to Durga's efforts. Navin says first time Sakshi has got a tough opponent who is able to stand in front and challenge her directly.
Dev asks Mathur for his help and wants to know about Nitya. Mathur tells him that Sakshi herself asked whether Nitya is alive. But he didn't tell her the actual truth behind it. Before his men could harm Nitya she met with an accident. Dev is furious and Mathur says he wants to help him.
Mathur tells Dev that he just told Sakshi that his men killed Nitya. Later, when he asked his men they said that they couldn't dispose her dead body as Nitya met with an accident. So no one knows whether she is dead or alive. Dev says he doesn't want to take any chance in this case and asks Mathur about the date and address of the accident spot. A constable arrives takes Mathur away as the meeting time has ended.
While exiting the police station, an Inspector calls up Rajnath and informs him about Dev & Navin's meeting. Raj is agitated and asks the Inspector what they spoke about. The Inspector says he couldn't hear their conversation. Rajnath wonders what the two may have spoken about.
PRECAP: Rajnath is furious about the news article that mentions a rift in the Goenka Empire. He tells Dev that he won't let it happen. Dev reminds that now he has a major stake in the business.
