Yesterday Durga was telling she is ready for her punishment. What will be her punishment. Is it to face her real identity.

I mean it is a fact that Nithya always wanted to live inside that mask. Mask of Durga Thakur. She had no plans of coming out of that mask.

She had made it clear multiple times. Whether when Dr Dayal asks her to disclose her identity to Dev she tells for him also she will be Durga.

Payal had always cried out Nithya di. But never once she answered to that cry as Nithya. Yes she cared for Payal. But still kept a distance with her

She burned Nithya's photo before going for Vaishnavi trip in a symbolism of Nithya has died inside her and she will always be Durga.

After marriage Dr Dayal hugs her and tells she is Durga. During marriage also she tells in mind after the mission completion she will leave Dev.

During KC also she told I will let you free Dev. So it was an indication that she had no plans to honour the latter part of the deal Dr Dayal offered. That is to be Nithya in front of him on Nithya's b'day. She was just planning to go after her so called destruction she planned.

Reason she never wanted to be Nithya was because she didn't want to face the emotional turmoil of her alter self. The conscience that will bug her after she does what she has set to do.

But I guess her punishment will be exactly that. To face her real identity. To face the emotional turmoil of her real identity. Instead of running away from the reality inside a mask face the challenge head on, fight it and come through it successful.

I had always wanted Nithya to fight the battle. Because when you say an empowered woman it is not a woman who does somethings under a mask. It is not a woman who runs away from the reality. It is not a woman who is afraid to fight because something will happen to her near and dear ones.

Empowered woman to me always has been the one who could face the challenge head on. Who could face the emotional turmoil, still not give up and try to get what she wants. I hope whatever that remains of EHT they will give me that legal battle, the battle which Nithya will fight and emerge victorious.

Yes even i was wondering the same since revenge is a two-sided weapon the avenger will also get punished . In the originals , we had the real love of her life shown dead but a hero cant die here and hence some other punishment will come up .

To face her real identity is perhaps her best punishment rather than losing her loved ones; payal and dayal in particular .

Somehow they are going to cook up stories which will lead to sakshi discover her identity and confront her and then ssshhh in the end they will show durga won and sakshi defeated ..I am not even thinking about logic here and u cant expect logic also .

Very soon , durga has to fight the battle as nitya only or else she will not have any reason to reopen the case . Her identity being established will make it easy for the case . She has to accept her alter ego @ any cost , for payal's sake . SHe has to fight against her rivals as Nitya and not durga .

Ahh,yes Nitya's birthday a very important day and god knows when it is . I think two things may happen on this day , first being the eternal lovers dev and nitya meet (i am not sure here if suddenly dev gets smarter and he himself connects dots or durga herself tells him) and secondly , payal may be shown hale and hearty, maybe they may even hook up her with some cameo guy and send her off with him .

@natville Sakshi will know her identity. She has published Devga marriage photo in all newspapers and online also.

If I remember right Dr Dayal was coming from Haridwar after putting real Durga's ashes in Ganges. Maybe some pundit will remember that. Some clue will come regarding real Durga's death to Sakshi.

See one thing I know secret of Durga will be known simultaneously only to Dev and Sakshi or maybe Dev a little bit front of Sakshi.

When her identity is exposed Dev has to be by her side that is for sure.

And one more thing. Sakshi cannot be defeated. I want a real nice twist in which even in her failure she wins. I hope I get that. If I get that all other loopholes forgiven.

Reason I am telling is because yes Sakshi is ruthless but she was a victim of circumstances. She was exploited by many as far as we can see, so to live she learned to exploit others. I mean her nurture was the reason she ended up where she is now.

Whereas people like Raj and Raima were privileged. They had everything yet they did criminal act. Also both these people used Sakshi for their own benefits. Actually it is people like Raj, Raima , Shaurya etc should be defeated. Not a woman like Sakshi. Yes she should be punished but there has to be something for her in which the eventual victory is hers.

Just because Sakshi had a poor upbringing, how can it be justified that she could arrange to kill her own husband and use the secrets he collected as a journalist to blackmail a rich person and get married to him? How is it justified that she will trash every single person who are under privileged (like payal and her family) just because she has money and power. If she had some real heart and had seen how it hurts to be orphan, then she would not have done injustice to others. She would not have kept Rajnath's secret (may be about death of his brother Arnab) for so long for just enjoying the power? She would not have tried to kill Raima, her own friend for her connections with Rajnath. As it was revealed Sakshi had come in between Raima & Raj and not Raima who came I between.

If Sakshi to be declared right then there is no point in proving Shaurya wrong?

Jaya I am not telling Sakshi should not be punished. Her punishment has to be there. And it has to be severe. But just think what will be her worst punishment. Death, Mental asylum, Death of Raj or death of Shaurya or something else. I am looking at that something else actually. Cant put it what I am thinking because I am not sure. Because that something else will be her worst punishment as well as her indirect victory if it happens.

I mean I want a realization in Sakshi unlike Raj and Shaurya. The fact that the path she choose was wrong. Because as a child she had a righteous about her. Somewhere along it was lost. There are still unconnected threads in her past which I am not sure the CVs will show as the show is ending next month. But I hope her journey is shown fully.

There is no justification to tell Sakshi came between Raj and Raima. Raj himself did a criminal act means he has opened himself for blackmail. So I have no sympathy for Raj or Raima here. Even Raima was aware of Raj's criminal act. So let us not talk about their love and try to justify them.

Shruti, yes I can understand what you are trying to express. no, I have no sympathy for Raima but all said is she was Raj's friend from the beginning and if not for Sakshi, she would have married Raj and Ia m not sure her love is as strong as Raj's as she was anticipating to become Mrs. Goenka and rule the Goenka empire by eliminating Sakshi. But Raj I think he truly loves Raima but as criminal like him, who doesn't think twice to eliminate his nephew just to retain the property can do anything and he should be publicly pelted with stones for all his crime.

But for Sakshi, any punishment will be lesser for her ruthlessness. A poetic justification will be that she should live a life of Payal in mental asylum and alone.

Yes Jaya I agree Sakshi should lead a lonely life or atleast realize she is alone and no one wants her before her death.

But for me revenge is always a 2 edged sword. All said and done Sakshi is a mother. Even lord has to bear the wrath of the mother in Gandhari though her sons did the most criminal acts.

So if she is send to mental asylum or the apple of her eye is killed before her eyes her wrath will come. A mother's wrath will never go waste how much ever bad she is and Durga can never have a happy life.

So something has to happen so that wrath doesn't come. Sakshi gets her punishment but she accepts it and she is finally at peace with herself.

Sakshi is a typical case of misguided child becoming a delinquent. Honestly streets do end up breeding such characters.

Till now she has not killed for herself. She kills for sake of others. And I assume she killed Rehmat for someone else or on someone else's orders.

I don't know how people have sympathy for Rajnath and Raima who are criminals and accomplices. All murders and cover ups in Rape case were masterminded by Rajnath. Yet his so called love story earns him sympathy?

Why did he do something so terrible that Sakshi was able to blackmail him to extent of marrying her?

Why he kept using both Sakshi and Raima in different ways all these years?

Why didn't he find that tape in 30 years or simply kill off Sakshi?

He deserves worst punishment too for shamelessly killing people and whistling to enjoy the show!

Sakshi needs to lose Shaurya. She was once saying mujhe azaad kar do Shaurya. I hope she loses him and ultimately loses her mind unable to bear his loss.

I somehow cannot see how redemption is possible for her. She does deserve punishment for doing crazy things even out of motherly love!

Her life is lonely only. No natal family. Unfaithful spouse. Kids who lie to her or avoid her. One friend who cheated her. She has mostly been alone.
