What kind of partnership this is?

How can Dayal alone take all decisions?

How can he transfer the CPR to Arnab Foundation? Arbitrarily? Just like that?

Story looks faltu and predicable. Khichdi of Beta, Kishen Kanhaiya, Chaalbaaz etc.

There are forced heroes and forced villains.

Durga called Dev brave. How was he brave? What has he done? Yesterday she said Dev had done many ehsaan for her. What? What has he done till date?

Giving undue credit.

Dev is still tubelight only and couldn't think why Durga knew it all.🥱

Shaurya acts lusty for no reason. It is OTT.

Raj and Sakshi hate each other yet forever rush to call each other. Exchange plans with just aankh ka ishaara!

Exchange of looks and all, just lame family drama.

Can someone discuss legality of Dayal's dealing?

That depends on the contract that was made before the project came into existence. There are chances that Dayal has the veto power here because the Goenkas will be using only money here whereas Dayal is the mastermind.

Besides, Dayal wanted to do the project with Dev after Shaurya's degree turn out to be fake. Remember he cancelled the project after the exposure of Ganguly and later agreed to it if Dev was in it. Now that Dev is out of the project he has the right to transfer it to anyone he wants. Obviously, Goenkas will ask for a stay order in hte court but then Thakurs can bring into light how they were using a fake architect for such an important project and therefore turn their tables.

it's Dayal's project and after fake degree Dayal might put some clots so he have power to change the partnership and I think previous episode bank also mansion that they don't approve funding or something like that.

I like todays episode.

Anu I am Just done with using my brain now with this show ...u know as much as I loved the new physio today , I hated The whole transfer scene ...I knew It immediately tht something is GONNA be off big time ..they transfer papers as they transfer cushions arnd in their living room ..n Dayal is one dumb ***

Still I find Dayal exercising way nore influence for a usual business partner.

Yes project was now with Dev on board. So he can use that to his advantage.

I liked the physiotherapist today. Gutsy and no nonsense girl.

Shaurya is a joke.

I expected Dev ro think and join dots but woh toh dheela ka dheela hi raha.

Autograph please was a good taunt to Sakshi by Durga.

Why does Sakshi not object to Shaurya's bhookha behaviour? The way she laughs it off just irks me.

I think, dayal has the ultimate power as per their contract, to exercise major decisions.. Because it was his idea.. He is the one who possess the reqd qualification to do the research.. Without his brain, project is impossible.. So Sakshi may be a partner for just a name.. Remember, Dayal recruited raima to assist the project, without sakshi's permission..

It depends on the clauses. After fake degree some clauses were added. Actually even Rajnath might have agreed to it as only Dev was in charge and project was still with family. He would have never expected such things.

Then the lawyer telling they got sponsors means Goenka's were only sponsors it was not a business deal but a CSR intiative by Dr Dayal where he needed funding partners.

So in a CSR intiative I feel the person who holds the key to project has the right to reject a sponsor. But the question will be will they get new sponsors to carry out the project.

Raj wanted to be part of CSR intiative only to further his political ambitions he had nothing altrusic about it.

So I guess it is fine and it can be done. As it was not a business deal. Suchitra has ensured her husband's foundation took care of it.

As far as I remember even the property/ piece of land being used for CRP belonged to Suchitra, didnt it?

Since Dayal is the initiator of the project, its his brainchild and Suchitra holds the land where its going to be built...then both of them have the upper hand, they can call the shots!

Goenkas were just business partners supplying the design and the labor which any other land developer can do...

yaa Pallavi land is that of Suchitra and Dev is the architect. Maybe the money was coming from Goenka group of industries, now only that has moved to Arnab foundation.

As I said CSR thing it is for the promoter to decide who he wants as sponsor unlike a business deal. So if he don't want sponsorship from Raj I guess he can very well do it.

The legality of the transfer is not a problem. Overall it was acceptable.

I don't understand the legality of Dev in the jail. They have basically incarcerated him with a trial. He is innocent until proven guilty so why is he not in a holding jail but out in the jail with other convicts?
