Gist: Dev finally has his day in court and the truth appears to prevail though he is remanded to jail!

Recap: How Dev got set up by Sakshi for Raima's attempted murder; Raima is in coma and Durga is determined to save Dev.
Officer Mandal let's Ketki go to the ladies' room to relieve herself before the hearing. He reminds her that her and her children's life will get set with her testimony today. He thinks to himself that Sakshi will value him more than Officer Mukherjee for getting Dev convicted.
Durga in a burkha goes into the ladies' room and speaks with the maid. She implores her to tell the truth only - that the maid did not see Dev shoot Raima and it could be that he is not the killer;
Sakshi sees Mandal by the loo and is informed by him the maid is in the washroom. She thinks to follow but, is prevented by Mandal. Soon thereafter Durga in her burkha and then the maid both come out. Sakshi tells the maid to convict Raima's katil.
Shaurya has brought some arm-candy, Pinky, to be his "friend" for his first public appearance...He says some nonsense to her about how he is improving Pinky's profile by allowing her to be associated with him. Pinky is thrilled she got chance to be with Shaurya. To himself, Shaurya thinks he needs to start walking soon to take advantage of Dev getting jailed.

In court, Dev tells truth but, they mute Rajnath, Sakshi and other witnesses testimony. Durga testified that Raima knew something about Payal rape case and called Dev to talk to him. Dev went over for that reason. Prosecution suggests he could have gone over and then tried to kill her. The maid, Ketki, is called. She testifies that she saw Dev there with blood on his hands, but not in the act of shooting and there was no gun.
Judge tells prosecution that the case against Dev is weak and he has a week to present further evidence. In the interim, Dev is remanded to jail.
Rajnath plans to kill Dev in jail.
Sakshi recalls Durga's taunt of freeing Dev within 7 days...Durga taunts her again.
