An eventful episode where nothing much happens!
- Raj figures out Dev is planning to buy the Shaurya rape flick with the money from sale of Goenka shares. He makes a deal to meet & pay the corrupt lawyer before Dev D can.
- Dev refuses to tell Durga why he's sold his shares. Later she observes him watching clips of Dev-Durga-Payal and gives Dev permission to show them to Payal. He also makes it clear that he does not consider her to be friend even. Durga tries to get through to him without success.
- Naima comes across an upset Kangana. She takes Kangana home and K spills all about her break up with Karan to Naima. She is still crying when Sakshi shows up at Naima's. Naima-Kangana make up tales about what Kangana is doing at Naima's... Sakshi makes subtle sarcastic comments about how Naima is her doplerganger and hugs her while recalling the sex clip of Rajnath-Naima. She takes Kangana home and tries to get her daughter to spill what K was upset about but, is unsuccessful.
- Durga wants to see Sakshi's reaction to the tape, but all that happens is some taunts btwn them when Sakshi finally returns home with Kangana in tow. Durga thinks she will have to find some other way to discover Sakshi's true reaction to the RajMa tape.
Precap: Sakshi appears to be confronting Rajnath about his cheating.
