She wants to take the battle alone with no strings attached. That is her logic. I mean she is on a suicidal mission. Killed and be killed is her motto.
If you look currently Durga has nothing to lose. Nithya is dead to the real world. Except Dev who keeps running around Nithya Nithya and Payal in her mental condition shouting Nithya di everyone else thinks Nithya is dead.
Durga is not afraid of anything. She feels the only harm can happen to her. Not to Payal, Not to Dev if she marries Shaurya.
A woman in such condition can go to any extent to get what she wants. A total destruction as she does not fear death and she does not feel there is anything worth living for if the Geonka's exist. For each member of that family she has only pure hatred.
