He is a Goenka after all. They always go after women only. Be it out of malice or in good faith.

Dev does not have guts to talk to Shaurya.

EHT is actually a commentary on how weak women are and nothing on their own.

Durga doesn't do anything without Dayal power. Ever since Akash came she even stopped spying on her own.

Sakshi is defined by Rajnath's wealth and name and her male heir Shaurya.

Raima grew guts ever since she got Rajnath power.

It also shows how women are defined by partriarchy and for loyalty to men they forsake relations and loyalty to each other. Sakshi had no loyalty for Suchitra or Payal over her husband and son. Raima lost loyalty with friend.

Everybody worries how upset a man is or what danger a man faces. No one thinks of a woman or her pain.

Similar trends in forums too as people favour a man but find every reason to blame a woman or dismiss her goals.

Partriarchy spares none. Earlier Sakshi used it against others. Now others will use it against her. The loser will ultimately be a woman over whom battles are fought. Men rule either ways.

Rajnath has easily raised a devil son and taught him to laugh off mother's concern. He has pitted friends against each other. But is enjoying himself on fringes. Whenever things go wrong he will easily bark at Sakshi and blame her for bearing bad kids.

I wish this show hinted at doom for slimy Rajnath too and not just at Sakshi.

Anu no doubt Patriarchy has ruled all over but more so in India.

But in this show at least they began to show a woman that did try to stand up to the Evil Trio.

Yes, she does have the support from a man Dayal but here there was no way she could have been alone and gone against the Goenka's on her own.

Here Durga as a woman is using men to help her get justice against what was done to her sister.

She had to have a cover and using Dr. Dayal and his Cancer Project was a ruse to lure Rajnath in and get close to the family.

And Shakshi acting like she is the strong Matriarch is still obsessed with her pride in her son more than her daughter.

This is the main mistake when a Mother herself puts more importance on a Son than a daughter.
And the cycle of constantly bowing to men and us women giving them their importance is what has to change.

It is a important for both males and females to show equality and respect between them for there to be fairness for both.

Or Men will have no trouble with women to be considered second class Citizens and
put aside so they can rule with power.

But in the end of this particular show Rajnath will meet the same fate as Shakshi as both are Evil Equally.

i really wish we cud see different facets of all the characters...like TM said character development...

i really dont know y they hv created dev's character...i dont see any reason at all...they r not showing love track...its true i dont want any love track but i am just saying this coz dev is not doing anything else also...just pining for nitya doesnt make any sense...

i really wish they wud reveal to us wat plans durga has in store after marriage...since it is quite clear like me everyone here is totally disgusted by the idea of durga marrying a rapist...so to sustain viewership i hope they will first gv us a gud convincing reason for the marriage...

but then TRP is another ball game...i wont be surprised if TRP soars after the marriage...i really dont know who actually r sick...the CVs or the general viewers...

if durga is making shaurya paralysis then y marry him...if the CVs cant think of anything else that durga alone can do...then y not reveal the identity of akash's boss...the show still has so much potential...pls dont spoil the show...

Sorry but Dev and Durga scenes just kill time as their characters have no development. 🥱

We want to know details of their past and not just flashbacks of fun they had. We need character development for Dev and not just attempts to create sympathy for him by showing him cry over Nitya or pine for her to come back.

The hours spent on repetitive rona dhona could have been spent on detailed look into past and rumination over present.

CVs give development to characters than kill time this way!

That was well said..No development at all and repetition kills one's patience.

Sorry if I am rude but I find Nitya and Dev scenes really disconnected. As if director ne dono ko cast kar diya hai to karna hi hoga😆
One duplicate key for DEV D who was 'just a friend' then. I wonder what Nitya's baba was thinking about Dev- Nitya relationship.

Sakshi is really worried for her son. And his words once he is back he will spend more time with her is somewhat gonna be true if he is gonna be truly paralyzed.
I am fine with Dev-Durga interaction present. But Dev-Nithya has as dey said has lot of disconnect. I know the scenes were more symbolic yesterday than nothing else. Dev and Nithya belonged to 2 different social strata. But the way their scenes are shown it is hard to believe no one suspected their relationship. It def doesn't seem platonic to me. Well from Dev's side we are now clear he had romantic feels for her, but Nithya what about her. It is hard to believe she just thought Dev as a close friend alone. Most probably she has hid her feelings as it was practical to do.
But then no one questioned them. Suchitra didn't ask her son, Nithya's parents didn't question her for roaming around with a Goenka boy.
I mean mother's usually question the daughter if they feel something out of place. Was Nithya's mother blind not to see a Goenka boy in and out of her daughter's room.
I want that past to be explored which CVs have not done till now. It would have been fine if they were shown as lovers, but affair hidden from family. That would have made more sense

i found the episode a major filler..except for simone's acting and the scene between raima and sakshi, there was nothing concrete in the show, just the same old nonsense of badla/instinct/aashirwad/dev-nitya crap..even i cud write better thn tht..liked tht raima gave it back to sakshi.. RajMa on a roll with their prophetic words and taunts to sakshi..and i wud like to add tht simone is definitely one of the finest actors we have today..with her expressions, inspite of all the inhuman deeds of sakshi, she STILL manages to get a feww seconds of pity from me wen her concern for her son is thrown on her face, dubbed as obsession..which is saying a lot..she has to be one of the worst people ever, but still shows her humanness and weakness with just a few changes in expressions..she had done it earlier wen she had taunted shaurya abt being a rapist and she did it again in this episode..standing ovation to simone for this portrayal of sakshi goenka..
