Sakshi has figured out Payal as Durga's weak point. She doesn't know it is her sister but knows this is one patient Durga is attached to. She wants to blackmail Durga using Payal.

Sakshi's instincts have always warned her that Durga nd Payal share an immense connection. May be thats why Sakshi wants to use Payal to get hold on Durga and for that she needs to get to Payal first!
