I don't understand why the main question has become -kaun banega Durga ka pati! I don't think Dev can marry Durga and they can then carry out plans. This is because Dev is heavily influenced by Suchitra who always asks him to back off even if he questions Rajnath. She keeps telling him to treat Shaurya like a child as well and gives examples of brotherhood. It will be very hard to do anything against Goenka trio given Suchitra is around!
Dev and especially Suchitra need the jolt of something big to act against other Goenkas! And that IMO can only be Rajnath's involvement in Arnab Goenka's death. This is the only thing that can fire them up as much as Durga is.

I don't like how every discussion is just about who will marry whom.😕 And why story is not unravelling further!

Yeah. It seems the CVs are all sick in bed or something. Thats how slow and cliched and brainless the track is now. I have stopped watching it altogether. A few scenes in between is enough to know the general flow of the story. I mean engagement to Shaurya?? How Original!!!

The only thing interesting in the current track is the designer outfits and jewellery of Sakshi Goenka 😆

@TM you have indeed echoed my thoughts. I am a silent reader and member of this forum.
I was drawn to EHT for its gripping sequences and way Durga made plans to oust and teach lesson to people who were bought by money and power. But off late especially after Dev it has become more a love triangle and I somehow feel that romance angle has been forced into the story.

Why does every story have to have a romance angle. Why cant it be simple thriller and quest for justice? How much more gripping it can be and different as well?

Let us hope CVs wake up and make it tight and gripping again

From this Monday onward I have only been reading the episode analysis of atominis. I havent watched the episode at all, beacuse I no longer feel the edginess in the story line. That magic which had me hocked to show with the initial first look where durga offers herself as a sacrifice in case she is unable to destroy goenkas in one year, that fire is missing in the show for me.
I just hope the makers pull up their socks and concentrate on the revenge plan.

Exactly!! The tight storyline is gone... Durga doesn't seem interested in targeting the other culprits. And the show is dragging around an unnecessary engagement drama...

On a paid vacation, the storyline has fallen in love with two good tracks at the same time and is extremely confused whom to marry- Revenge Goenka or Pyar Goenka . So, as of now she is on vacation.😆

I've always felt it was a dragging show but ever since Dev, I think the show got really interesting! Agree that we don't want saas bahu drama. I'm still watching only for the good acting and Dev.

The basic question is - why is there the conscious attempt of forcing "Romance" down our throats under the veil of crisp thriller ? Nothing obnoxious against the actor who's playing Dev , but the character itself is too lackluster to fit in such page-turner thriller shows...

Romance is not necessarily an imperative aspect in everyone's life..Is this simple fact too esoteric to be discerned by the trp-blind CVs ?
