I'm new to this forum, so don't know whether Dev is well liked here or not...

...so am I the only one who can't stand him? I don't think the actor is suited for the role (no offence to any fans but I can't stand his face) and the character just annoys the hell out of me...I really hope Durga doesn't end up with this guy. My mother is equally annoyed with the actor and character.

No chappals please. 😳 It's just my opinion and I don't know how you guys will take it but I'm just presenting my genuine thoughts. If you disagree and want to comment, please tell me so in a civil manner; if you agree, I ❤️ you! 😆

I have mixed opinion. Character is good but actor has to step up to match the potential of Dev (on paper). His dialogue delivery is not up to the mark. Often instead of looking good and decent he looks reluctant and passive. He also lacks energy and screen presence. He has to improve!

Plus CVs have to provide better and more plausible justification of his no show of last 2 years.

Hmm yeah maybe the character would be more tolerable if the actor was good and was able to pull off such a character...

You describe the actor's flaws very well, on point! You're right about everything...his dialogue delivery...looking reluctant and passive...lacking energy and screen presence...seriously...he has very dull and weak screen presence, beside Sanjeeda and Vatsal and Simone and Ayub he just looks like a wallpaper. 🥱

Also, yes, I just don't buy Dev's current justification for not being in contact with Nitya for so long...sounds really unrealistic. Which is why I get more annoyed at Dev I think. Even though Durga currently thinks he's bad, to us the CVs are painting him as some sort of great guy...and I just don't buy that. He doesn't seem so great to me and I don't want his supposed "greatness" shoved down my throat. It's irritating.

Well then that is the CV issue and not the characters issue. I think that he is doing a good job and I welcome him. For me, I think that he is more attactive then Shaurya. Shaurya has boyish good looks and I'm not into that as much...

I like Dev's style, his attitude and his mature look...If given the choice I would go for Dev hands down...

Well it is a character issue, but the CVs are responsible for it. I also think the actor is not that great though - so he is also responsible for my dislike of Dev.

I personally find Shaurya more attractive...he has a way better body...😆 Whereas it's Dev who has the body of a shrimp, no offence, that's the only comparison I can think of at the moment.

I think I would like Dev's style, attitude, and mature look better if another actor was playing him. Right now I just laugh because I feel like he's trying too hard.

If Shaurya wasn't such a criminal and asshole I would choose him over Dev any day, even though I too like mature and serious men generally speaking.

Wenever Dev comes i get bored..🥱 otherwise i was quite enjoying dis serial nd i still do bt Dev scenes r not worth watching.. he has a very dull personality..😕 dont feel like watching da show wenever he comes..🤣 No offence to Dev fans! 😳

4rm da day he hav entered in dis serial.. i did'nt liked any of his scenes except his scenes with Nitya nd woh bhi coz of chulbuli Nitya..😆 nd da 1 scene which he shot with Simon singh where he calls her Beautifull.. only liked his acting in dat scene!😳

I get bored too. 😆 He doesn't hold my interest, and I found the show a lot more interesting before his introduction. All the other main characters overshadow him, and till date I haven't been impressed by him even once yet.

Simone Singh is just... She is my favourite, love her acting and the attitude she brings to her character, Sakshi is my favourite character simply because of Simone!
