The episode begins with Sagarika staging a show on the road to raise social awareness on the harassment women face and Durga is watching this from behind. She seems to be impressed with Sagarika and she recollects the moments when Payal was molested by Ganguly and Payal crying before her. At the end everyone applaud including Durga and when the crowd disperses Sagarika tells her companions they need to spread awareness in different platforms as well and Durga walks upto them and introduces herself. Sagarika is happy to meet her and she seems to know her coz of Durga's public image since she runs an NGO and is involved in Cancer Research Project and tells her who doesn't know her in Kolkatta? Durga replies that by coming in newspapers one doesn't become famous and how many in Kolkatta know what she does except for a hand few like her. They get chatting and they goto a hotel later where Durga tells her she was impressed by her street play. She compliments her further saying that Sagarika is not aware of the power her portrayal in the act did to which Sagarika tells her that her performance was a truth and what they depicted in the act has already happened with her maid servant. Sagarika is about to choose a seat but Durga makes her sit facing the reception area deliberately. Sagarika tells her she couldn't stop and Durga tells her so she wrote a street play on that. Sagarika tells her that she helped her maid to some extent by filing a complaint against her husband but there are many other women who are facing this violence and just then the waiter arrives and Durga places the order. Sagarika continues on Durga's cue that there are many women who tolerate this as there is no one who stands by them and maybe she should spread this message so that the victims get courage and those who watch in silence should understand this is very wrong. Durga commends her for her thoughts and society needs people like her as the culprit lurks among them like a wolf wearing the mask of a man. Waiter serves them cold coffee and just then Durga gets a message on her cell informing her that Ganguly and Nandani are near by and she sees them approaching through window and she is happy. Durga tells her they should plan something big together and informs her she has a plan which she will discuss soon with her and Sagarika is happy. Ganguly is checking for his booking when Durga tells her, her dad is there. Sagarika is happy at first and tells her she will surprise her dad and she takes out her cell and calls him. She is waiting impatiently for Ganguly to answer the call and when he does she greets him and asks him where he is to which he says he is busy and in office. Sagarika is shocked. He says the meeting is important and he asks her to tell her mom that he will be late by 2 hours atleast and she shouldn't wait for dinner. He cuts the call and Sagarika is still in shock. Durga tells her her dad can join them and just as Ganguly turns she tells even the girl accompanying your dad can join us and all the color is drained off Sagarika's face as she sees Nandani. Her dad takes Nandani with him to a hotel room as Sagarika watches on and she texts Nandani asking her where she is. Nandani is tensed and replies back that she is at home. Durga is happy to see her plan in action and a flashback is shown where Akash informs her that Ganguly has booked a room that evening in that hotel and he is the one to take her where that street play will be going on. Cut to present, she asks Sagarika is everything is ok while Sagarika is worried and she excuses herself and enquires with the receptionist on the room where they checked in and she gets to know her dad has booked a room in the name of his wife and himself. She goes after that room and Durga in her mind asks for Sagarika's forgiveness and hopes that no daughter goes through what she is about to face but it was necessary to show this truth to her. Durga thinks that this is the beginning of Ganguly's downfall.
Sagarika comes back to her home and Akash follows her. She runs into her room and starts crying. A flashback is seen where she goes to check on her father and she sees a DONT DISTURB sign there and breaks down and they come out later and her dad is trying to help her with the dupatta while Nandani cringes. He offers to drop her but she refuses him but he insists. Sagarika sees them walking out together. Sagarika walks in to see a rumpled bed and is shattered. She cries thinking her mom will be heartbroken to know about her dad and Nandani and she gets Nandani's earring under the pillow. Sagarika is hurt by what her father and best friend did. In the present, Nandani cries throwing the earring on her bed. Durga is watching this footage as it getting recorded by CCTV. Sagarika feels betrayed that the two most important people did something like that and she cries bitterly. Durga gets a call just then from Akash and she tells him that she saw Sagarika in her house and asks him if she called anyone and he tells her no. Durga is surprised and she wonders how is it possible that she is being quiet as she teaches people a lesson Akash tells her its about her dad and her mom's reputation and she needs time to think. Durga impatiently tells him she understands that but Sagarika is a fighter and she can't sit quietly and then she sees Sagarika leaving the house and she informs Akash about the same and asks him to follow her. After cutting the call she tells herself that Sagarika cannot forgive her dad so easily.
Raima and Sakshi are shopping and Raima tells her the color is suiting her and Sakshi thanks her. Raima tells her that Raj will go crazy for her and Sakshi tells her sarcastically to leave Raj as he is already married and Raima gets worried. Raima asks her what did she do and Sakshi sighs and tells her to think of Shaurya as that's what even she is doing now. She reminds her that she had told her she found a nice girl for him and asks her who she is and Raima tells her she needs a girl who she can make like herself, who doesn't have attitude, but she should be from a good household and of course good looking so that Shaurya can be swayed from Durga. Sakshi tells her she knows her so well and Raima tells her she is her only friend and she knows atleast this much about her. Raima tells her that girl is Sagarika Ganguly and her dad is but Sakshi cuts her and says is indebted to them. Raima tells her Ganguly is ambitious and wants to make a political career and wants to become the education minister and in that case Sagarika is a good option. Sakshi is happy.
In Nandani's house, she is giving her mom injection and just then Sagarika comes to her home. She feels happy to see her and tells her even if she had asked something else from God she would have got it and she was just thinking of her. She calls her inside telling her she will make aloo paratha but Sagarika rudely pulls her hand away. Nandani asks her what happened and Sagarika tells her she came to return something Nandani lost. She shows the earring and Nandani is shocked and asks her where she found it. Sagarika taunts her that now she doesn't even know where she lost it and she wants to hear it from her mouth itself and tells her she found it in the hotel room and gives the earring to her. She tells her she won't ever come there and from now on their friendship is over. Nandani stops her and tells her she is free not to come there but the questions that have raged a storm inside Sagarika's life has destroyed her life too. Her first question must be why she did all that. Akash is standing behind trying to record. Nandani begins to tell her starting from her dad's death but Sagarika stops her saying she isn't interested in her sad story but Nandani asks her why not and says now she is realising the meaning of pain but someone is tolerating much more than that pain and she needs to hear her out. She takes Sagarika far and Akash thinks that now he can't hear anything and goes from there.
Nandani tells Sagarika that they had taken a loan for her father's cancer treatment and after his death that burden fell on her and none of her relatives came forward to help her and she thought of Sagarika's dad and sought his help, since he was her father's friend and she was his student. She tells Sagarika that at first he helped her pass and later got her a job as a researcher. She reminds Sagarika that she was so proud of her dad for helping her friend when they went to celebrate in a restaurant. Nandani adds that the great vice chancellor Ganguly helped sort his dead friend's daughter's life but in return he claimed a gurudakshina she had never dreamt of. A flashback is shown where a happy Nandani is thanking Ganguly saying she doesn't know how to thank him and Ganguly comes to her and tells her words have power but in the end they become weak. While molesting her he tells her suggestively there are many ways to thank him. In the present Sagarika tells her angrily that she could have refused but Nandani retorts saying what should she have refused? The opportunity to shoulder her responsibilities or the money she was getting for her mother and Bunty's treatment? She tells Sagarika she couldn't refuse as she was desperate and she refused her own self as she didn't let herself cry then and she won't cry now. Nandani tells her her tears won't stop but her guilt is eating her from inside. Sagarika goes from there as Nandani breaks down.
In Shaurya's room he is searching for a suit for Dev and Sakshi is surprised to which he says one needs to learn to keep their enemies safe and is learning all of it now and winks at her.
Durga shifts Payal and thanks her doctor and he tells her she can call him whenever there is a need and Durga thanks him. When he goes Durga tells Dayal that she brought Shaurya before Payal hoping he will do something foolish which she can use but now Dev also came and she never expected that and she is tensed. She gets a call from Akash who informs her that Sagarika confronted Nandani first and Durga is shocked. He also says that Sagarika didn't confront her dad like they thought and though he could not hear anything he could make out Nandani was trying to placate Sagarika and when Sagarika left from there she was in tears and more than angry she seemed to be hurt. Durga asks what will Sagarika do now and Akash says its not possible to say anything now.
Precap - Raima messages Raj who has left his phone at home and Sakshi sees Raima has messaged and wonders why is Raima messaging Raj now.
