Please clear my confusion

Hi. Watched yesterday's episode. Is Akash Durgas informer or some servant in Goenka house. Yesterday the look given by Akash to that waiter in Goenka house is fishy. Is he helping Sakshi or Durga really confusing. Durga can she call her informer if he is working in Goenka house? Won't he/ she get caught. I also had a feeling that Akash is helping Durga bur now it is some other person. The reply which Akash gave to shaurya was amazing. These people need someone like Akash to put them in their place. Please tell me who is helping Durga. It's really confusing whether Akash or the waiter in Goenka house.

I think its the waiter. He deliberately threw the plate of salad to hear the conversation between sakshi and Aakash.
