I have done this too...though i did it deliberately bleeding was not stopping kab se try kar ri thi...so i pasted a adhesive bandaid on it...also it didn't end up as something this disastrous😆

Now that you mentioned Apu.. Mujhe mere wala yaad aya...

I was probably like 8 or something.

It was Diwali and I was always a safe child, no ajeeb crackers for me.

So I had a sparkler (phuljhadi in my hand) and woh jal ke ho gayi toh I flung it only to realise it fell on my Chachu's towel hanging near by. We lived on the ground floor then. Haan so I freaked ke Chachu will get angry so I thought lets remove it and no one will notice. I kid you not, my hand got stuck on the still hot phool jhadi... Kya jala tha boss! Matlab antt ekdam. Aur gaali padi thi ke the towel was more important or the hand. Of course my chachu said towel but mom and dad said my hand 😆 I have a miser in the name of a chachu🤣

JK, its not all that bad.

Oh and PS. I don't burn crackers on Diwali for more than a decade now 😆 pollution being the reason, not my burnt hand 😉

My cousin sister did something similar to this sparkler kaand too.

When we were kids ...elders used to warn us kii don't throw used sparklers randomly here and there it burns and all that...she was like aise hi bolte h khud ko jyaada smart samahjhte and all that so deliberately stepped on it once to show to us 😆

Bada maja aaya tha I swear... sab ne acchi band bajayi thi phir uski😛😆

P.S. And since we are talking about weird things...IF is asking me to prove I am not a robot before posting every comment😡..Soch ri ek photo pm kar deti hoon dekh lo puri ladki hoon🤣
