Shravan is trying hard to forgive...his parents have their own reasons, but their excuses will only ruin their apology. He needs time to heal.

Sumo is hurting too, for causing him grief, for being his pain. But the best part about her is that she's trying in spite of finding him still looking at her with that veiled distrust.

He can still bare his heart only to her, he searches for his answers in her, he can still talk only with her. Sal, you have managed to convey his dependency aptly here.
