In precap when Adil was introduced Shonali was shocked mermarized after seeing Adil..

Why don't know I feel here also there must be bachpan wala pyar...

Means Nazia & Adil are shown twins it obviously means they must be in same class in school🥱 along with ananya & Shonali..

I think by Shonali's expressions that Adil. must be first crush in school...

This is just my prediction..
