I'm so very happy for anukulgr8, sorry naam bhul gai, great start, abhi post unress nhin kiya, abhi dus minutes main karti Hu. BTW thankyou everyone who wished me luck for the play. So finally read.
"Sumo, not two weeks, what are you going to do for two weeks?" A highly unsatisfied shravan complained to sumo, whose back was facing him.
"Shravan can we please sleep, it's 1 at night and we've been discussing this topic since last 3 hours." Suman groaned slightly turning to face him. "Now that you know everthing I'm going to do, all places I'll be visiting, where does this question hold a place?" Suman provided him with an explanation, cupping his cheek and laying down to face him.
"Sumoo, main tumhaare bina ek din nhin reh sakta tum,14 Dino ki baat kar rahi ho." Shravan said pleadingly.
Suman smiled her lazy, half smile.
"Shravan it's just two weeks. It would pass in a blink." She said running her hands through his face. "On second thoughts why don't you just accompany me" She said casually even though she knew he had work to be done.
"You know I can't." He said luking towards their intertwined hands.
"Exactly, you know I can't stay." Suman was beginning to get irritated as this was her second sleepless night in the previous three days, the other day she had been checking all accounts and dues for PCT, and today she is up to convince her lawyer husband, to let her be away for a couple of days.
"Accha, I promise you one thing, we'll talk on face time everyday." Suman said calming herself.
"But I'll be able to only see you, not be with you." Shravan said luking at her. "Can't you come early?" Shravan asked pleadingly.
Suman's temper was rising with every droop of her eye.
"Shravan do you think I like to stay away from you? Hmm". She asked caressing his cheek. "I'm already working as much as I can in a day." She said composing her anger as much as possible.
"But sumo.." he began to speak only to be cut in the middle.
"Shravan it's just two weeks. Itne bacche mat bano". She yelled on him sitting upright and immediately regretted it.
It took shravan a second to concentrate on the words, instead of the pitch and volume.
She hated shouting on him way more than He didn't like her shouting on him.
"Jo karna hai karo." Shravan said in utter frustration, the comforter and facing the other side.
Suman closed her eyes tight, then opened one to check whether he turned around while he luked towards her by the corner of his eye.She then tip toed towards the other side and saw him pretending to be asleep, she kneeled down, holding her ears and made her best puppy face.
"Sorry" She said. Her voice barely audible. When she didn't see him respond, she continued.
"Accha promise main tumpar phir kabhi nhin chilaungi, pakka." She promised pinching her neck. Shravan didn't respond but turned away. When she saw him turning away she sat back on her knees and sighed shaking her head, knowing shravan was not good at being angry, but was extremely stubborn and if he decides he is going to do something, he does. She sighed again and stood up. She raised her foot, folded it into half and reached out to shravan who was lying down in the middle of the bed. She shaked him a bit. "Shravan please utho na, sorrryyy, pakka wala." She said.
Shravan further dugged his face in the pillow and kept his hand under the pillow. Shravan had his eyes slightly open to see what was she upto next, his anger had melted if he had any, the minute she came to him, but there was a certain statement he was wishing to hear. He closed his eyes tight seeing her coming to the other side.
"Accha sorry na, main phir kabhi tumhaari shikayat maa se nhin karungi, accha promise main ek hafte ke liye tumhaari har baat manungi, pakka wala." She chanted.
He instantly got up threw the the comforter aside, fed up of her rants he kept his palm on her mouth restricting her to speak further.
"Tum sab kar sakti ho lekin apni trip nahin cancel kar sakti?" He asked her irritated.
She quietly nodded her head in a no.
He tuk a long sigh, moved his right cheek side, producing a sound, and removed his hand from her face.
"Why are you so stubborn? " He said lovingly, making her sit and tucking the stray hair on her face behind her ear.
She shrugged her shoulders, telling she did not know and smiled her half smile.
Shravan shaked his head and smiled at her.
"You're such a child." He said and hugged her.
"You're cute." She said and hugged him back.
"Accha wait." She said and reached out to her phone. Afyer a few clicks she came back and found him luking at her intently. She moved her head upwards.
"Kya hua?" Shravan asked.
"Kuch nahin. Tickets aur meeting reschedule kar rahi thi, next week ki jagah next to next week jaa rahi hu." She said casually.
"Kyu?" He asked impatiently.
"Kyunki next to next week tum bhi do weeks ke liye London jaa rahe ho." She told. "Phir please complain mat karna ki main tumhe chodhkar jaa rahi hu." She said pointing her finger at him and narrowing her eyes. She didn't miss how his eyes lighted up and a faint grin graced his features.
"Voh main tumhe kabhi karne dene bhi nhin wala." He said as they both lied down facing eachother.
Suman luked up him and said.
"Voh main kabhi karne bhi nhin wali, Samjhe."
So kaisa laga? Ek aur baat yippee, 15 December, the trip ki starting date mil gayi, doosri baat I'll be editing the end of the Epilougue, so go ahead.
