Just a quick question. I am not sure if you are married, but considering you were Married, Will you talk about your Wife, and your Intimacy with your Wife openly in Public. And, will you write about your relationship openly in news, Forums, and on TV? And, Will you allow your kids to go in a Wrong and Negative Way & spoil their beautiful lives and careers?

When it comes to one's own individual self, People will understand the reality and value of their relationships.

I am not the only one who talks about this. People who respect relationships want their Environment to be clean and Healthy because they care about themselves and others around.

This post is not intended to hurt you nor to be rude with you. But, just sharing my views :)

Shravan is a reel life character and all his emotional vulnerability was shown on tv and accoedind to umyour pov it shouldn't have been shown at all to the vjewers coz its as personal as intimacy...

You talked abkut indian culture.. let me tell you there are temples solely dedicated to sex gods and there is a god called kamadeva and a world famous book called kamasutra.. these are also part of indian culture... if you have read mahabarata you might know there are a lot of matured content in the book as well... most of the sculptures in temple walls have half naked women.. also nowhere in indian culture it is said that sex or getting intimate is against our culture and most of the ancient books have openly written about intimate stuff... indian culture became regrassive after the Gupta empire where they put certain restrictions on women and the mughals and british added to it... before the british and mughals even devadasis where given respect.. they were forced to become protitudes after mughals and britishers considered them to be illigal and agaisn their culture.

All i can say about your disapproval of intimate stories is 'if ypu dont like it dont read it' and live and let live.. its as simple as that... it is quite stupid to think that namik is getting degraded by all the writings..

Early 80s and 70s hindi film had shown much more vulgarity and degraded women than now... a teenage rekha was forcefully kissed on on her lips for a scene, 16 yr old mandagini(i guess thats her name) was shown bathing on a waterfal with just a white cloth covering her body.. nowadays all the intimate scenes are shown decently and with the consent of thw heroine...

About real life.. i am not married and most of the if members are women so they are not gonna talk about their wife publically but mkst of the women talk about their intimacy with their female friends.. i dont know whether guys talk about it or not but girls talk about it with their friends... also if we see shravan as a real life character no girl with an ounces of selfrespect is even gonna be friends with a guy who looks down at women and blindly believes whatever his father says... so in real life we wont know the back story of shravan and his inner turmoil like we see on the show and in real life shravan will be a perfect example of a mcp and a jerk who talks shit about his bf to other guys...

I would just like to say Shravan and Suman are fictional characters, they aren't real people, so, as an audience we can imagine them however we want - that's why we live in a democracy; everyone has the freedom of expressing their views. Everyone on this forum (including me) is obsessed with ShraMan that's why we are here, and readers and writers may have this curiosity of how intimate ShraMan would be because we didn't get to see much of that on the show. Therefore, intimacy is written about, we aren't disrespecting Namik or Nikita in any way because Shravan and Suman are completely different to Namik and Nikita in most of our imaginations. And not to be disrespectful in any way, just because of one person saying that 'intimacy shouldn't be written about because it's against 'Indian values'', is not going to stop anyone from reading or writing about it, because this has nothing to do with any of that. You have a choice to avoid such topics, such as everyone else has the choice to read it or write it. It depends on if you are comfortable. In fact, all those topics have 18+ written on it and more warnings which are highlighted. Therefore, just let it go, everyone can do whatever they want, read whatever they want and imagine/read and write about ShraMan however they want.

Yes, we live in a Democracy and people can imagine and express. But, people who think like me think that Shravan and Suman are decent characters & would probably prefer reading stories with actual interesting matter, rather than intimate and inappropriate content. You can read whatever you want, and I can write whatever I want because we live in a Democracy.

I am not talking about anything mentioned above. It's up to you about what you want to see and what you think. If you want, you can go ahead and enjoy your fantasy. It's personal and I am not interfering with anybody's personal life. This is a Forum, and it is a general conversation.

If you take our society not only in India, but around the world, we see lot of issues associated with this. Like projecting a good character as bad, everything will be ok now. But, it will set a bad example to the youth who admire Shravan's character. Shravan's character is not a cheap character. It's upto how you take it and what you want to read, but Shravan's character should not educate and lead youngsters to a negative path. That's all I am saying.

This is not intended to hurt not to be rude to anybody. Just sharing my views. You might think others are not interested to read stories like me. But, in fact there are people like me who want to meaningful and interesting stories :)

Again I say, then it is your choice to ignore that content, making a whole topic about it that it shouldn't be written is completely unreasonable, no one is forcing you to read it. Also, writing about their intimacy does not take away from the fact that they are indecent. It just shows that they have a physical and emotional attraction, something that is a part of ALL romantic relationships, it is not indecent nor is it wrong. If you and people who share your thoughts are not comfortable reading content like this no one is putting you at gunpoint and making you read these things.

I never said writing about romantic relationships was wrong. Too much intimacy on a character, whom we all got attached with should not be degraded, and cannot be represented in a disrespectful manner. Please go back and reread what I have written. Yes, they might have physical and emotional attraction like all romantic relationships. But, writing intimate and inappropriate stuff is diverting away from the exact content and EDKV forum in which we are placed in. Good writers do not divert their topics from Original Matter and Content. People like me who are writers, and critics have interest in Forum Topics because we come here to learn, share our views, and bring in new people to our EDKV Family and Forum. We are all here to share our views because it is a Free open forum and we live in a Democratic Society. Ditto to your point "If you and people who share your thoughts are not comfortable reading content like this no one is putting you at gunpoint and making you read these things." Please don't read my post.

Please read this EDKV writeup written by one of our EDKV forum members, who has been part of EDKV team - http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=4612864&TPN=14.

Hope you get it. People who would like to respect can respect or they can go according to their views :)

if you don't want to read IGNORE simple as that live and let live . if there was anything wrong in this posts mod's would have close those topics by now. and its only you that has a problem. stop moral policing
please lean to differentiate between REAL and REEL life. you have horribly mixed both. 🤪

what Namik does and only what he does will reflect on him not Shravan or what is written hear people who visits this forum are not that immature to judge Namik on the basis of Shravan

Shravan is FICTIONAL character get that straight. writers has the right to write what ever they like to it hasn't have to be same as what was in the show. and writing intimacy no way degrades the character of Shravan as here its about Shraman relationship .
Shravn in EDKV said and did many things that was not applaud worthy

i will give you a good example try to read some stories written on IPKKND some portray ASR as a dark character that has not lesson the love an adoration on Barun or ASR even today the character is loved imminently . it all deepens on how you look at it.

so it would be nice if you can ignore what you don't like and let people who like enjoy what they want.

I can differentiate very well between reel and real. Maybe, you should differentiate & understand what to write for a particular topic. You can go ahead and read what you want you to read & I can go ahead and write what I want to as I enjoy what I write. So, nobody is stopping anybody here. I keep people of all age groups in my mind while writing. I don't write it for a single person. So, please go ahead with your views, and I will go ahead with mine :)

to your question, i am not married, but if i was no i wouldn't like to share anything personal about me to anyone. And that does not include only intimacy, that includes everything in life in general.
Regarding kids, as a parent i would keep a check on what they are browsing. And not single handedly provide them with internet at a tender age. I think a good upbringing is more important than taking away of the technologies.

I for sure wouldn't be in a relationship with someone like Shravan, who has such degraded thoughts about women. If you remember, Shravan was the one who publicly mocked his relation with Suman with the sab kuch kand. So technically he is not someone to look upto, or a role model for the youth.
We all do love him irrespectively, thats because we know that Its a tv show character.I hated Shravan at that time, but i dont think Namik was anyway degraded in that.

i genuinely respect your view and maybe you are right in your way but i personally feel that its not right to ask the others to feel the same way as you.
Just because i dont drink and i feel it brings a bad influence in the society does not give me a right to stop anyone from doing so. To each their own.

It was really nice to talk to you though.
