The trip - part 2
The flight reached Mumbai, they collected their baggage and proceeded to Nirmala's house. A tall and very beautiful woman dressed in a blue business suit watches them go from afar. She also takes a taxi and leaves the airport.
The trio reach Nirmala's house, She is very happy to see them, She immediately takes Shiv into her arms..
Shravan watches his mother very fondly then teasingly says - Dekho inke pote ke aage jaise main toh kuch bhi nahi.
Nirmala touches Shravan very lovingly on the cheek and hugs him tightly.
They go inside.. Nirmala has cooked all of their favorite things for dinner. They all enjoy the meal together.
Sumo takes Shiv upstairs to put him to sleep. When she thinks he is asleep she kisses him and says.. I will miss you my baby, mumma jaldi aa jayegi.
After a few hours they leave for the airport to take their flight to Rome. The woman in the blue suit also boards the same flight.
Shravan and Suman are sleeping on the flight holding their hands and Sumo's head is resting on Shravan's shoulder. The woman in blue suit is seated two seats behind them.
One airhistess to the other - aww they look so cute together, looks like they are newly married. The woman hears this and makes a face - cute together huh.. Shravan you belong with me not with that b**ch that broke your heart. Don't you remember how miserable you were all those years, how easily you forgot all that. Not to worry, I will remind you that it is I who really loves you, not her.
The flight lands in Rome, they take their luggage and proceed to the hotel.. They are jetlagged and go to sleep. The woman has checked in the same hotel.
It is evening, Sumo is dressed in a yellow maxi dress and is lookin absolutely stunning, Shravan is also looking dapper in a blue suit. Together they head out for dinner. The woman follows. After dinner they head out to a gelataria to have some Gelato.. They are sharing a happy banter and feeding each other gelatos. Shravan playfully puts some Gelato on Sumo's nose, then kisses her on the nose, then he is about to kiss her on the lips when someone calls his name from behind - Hey Shravan! (it's the woman)
Shravan - Hi Trisha, how are you? Shravan gets up and gives her a hug.. Long time no see, how have you been, what are you doing in Rome.
Trisha - Oh I am just passing through, I have to go to Zurich for settling a case and I have a train tomorrow.
Shravan - Sumo, this is Trisha, my classmate from Oxford and she also worked with me for a while in our firm, now she has her own law firm operating in Mumbai, London and Brussels.
Sumo - Hi, nice to meet you. Do visit us if you come to Delhi.
Trisha - Sure Suman, I would love to. BTW I have heard a lot about you, this one here used to talk about you all the time.
Although Trisha seems friendly enough Sumo can feel an undercurrent of jealousy and hatred directed towards herself, and by the way Trisha keeps touching Shravan, Sumo guesses that she does not think of Shravan as a friend.
To avoid further interaction
Sumo says to Shravan, hugging him all of a sudden, marking him as hers- Can we please go back, I am feeling very sleepy.
Shravan kisses her on the head - Sure, Chalo wapas chalein. They say goodbye and take a taxi back.
All the way back, Sumo keeps on thinking what she must do. How she must ask Shravan.
Shravan can see that she is jealous and he feels very happy.
They reach the hotel and enter their room.
Sumo asks - Was she a very good friend?
Shravan - Yes, she and her brother were very close friends of mine.
Sumo - you said she worked with your firm, did she leave because of some reason? And you never mentioned her to me before?
Shravan - Sumo, actually she had feelings for me and I had guessed as much. So I told her brother that whether you loved me or not, nobody could ever take the place you had in my heart. You see I was always yours, how could I give your place to someone. That broke her heart and was the end of our friendship and any professional relationship.
Sumo - Oh, Acha.. hugging Shravan she says.. I am so sorry I thought you had lied to me when you said that you never thought of any other girl all those years.. Please please forgive me. I got jealous and and doubted you.. She starts sobbing
Shravan - Shhh.. I understand, after all I am the jalkukda in this relationship.. That brings a smile to her face and then she says - Acha but promise me, we will try not to meet her again.
Shravan - Happily.. Ab khush meri jalkukdi
Sumo - haan bahut
Shravan - toh lao mera reward
Sumo stretches on her toes and kisses Shravan with all her love. He picks her up in his arms and they are lost in each other's love.
So Sumo was green with envy in this one.. Lets see what our jealous Sumo does next...and of course we have Trisha as our kebab me haddi
