I agree with a few comments here that maybe they took a step back when the "shipping" got out of control. Maybe there was a bit of Aag there as well at some point, and maybe it was too close for comfort? Maybe both of them didn'tfeel the same? I am not sure, and I don't wish to speculate further.

As the song goes "Anything can happen" and some things probably did. A lot of issues crop up when people work closely together. From what I can see, Namik is generally well liked by the other actors and crew. Mostly the actors seem to post a lot of pics with him. Nikita not so much. Does not mean they don't get on, but maybe Namik is more social and Nikita is more reserved? Its possible she initially hung out more with Namik as they had a lot of scenes together.

I didn't know about the IG fallout as I am not on IG. If she unfollowed him, she may have had her reasons, but maybe her timing was not very good. Should have waited a few weeks till the craziness died down. People's emotions are running high and they want someone to blame and a scapegoat. Let's face it, the show did not end the way we wanted. We signed up for a slow and steady build up to ShraMan finally making up. But we got 3 weeks of their marriage and that too ada adhura. It was a HUGE let down for the fans. They worked so hard to get an extension for the show and even that did not happen. Let's cut everyone some slack.

But I agree. This is NIMIK's personal life and we should all take a chill pill and stay out of it!

She still follows that Mohsin and her alleged boyfriend Khalid too... some of her other co actors too.. Aijaz ko bhi... she only unfollowed him... why????
Jabki he was the closest to her on the sets... this clearly shows her arrogance. I already didn't like her a few times before when she was showing him attitude. Eg. During an interview when he was playing around speaking at her question, she immediately put him off saying mai baat kar rhi hoon na!!

another serial, another forum , another actor . There are plenty of people to hate , accuse , deride , make fun of. I have seen some of these repeat offenders in other forums too sitting on their high horses and being bullies ( all in the name of expressing their opinion) . And trust me some of them are not even hormonal teenagers, grown up adults with supposedly fulfilling productive lives ! And I am sure some of them are on Instagram spewing venom on Nikita's posts. Utterly disgusting !

I have always been a silent reader beacuase honestly most of you guys take the words out of my mouth, but I have had a theory since long that I want to share now. Me thinks Ms Dutta is way too careful not to be seen with Namik for past couple of months it could be to avoid the rumors as they are just friends or it could be because they are dating and don't want focus on it. I personally don't think they have a problem because if they did Namik would not have called her lallo on tt just few days back and they seemed pretty comfy physically in the last shot in olvs.
