But don't start an irrelevant topic.

Had it been Nikita then Ajiaz wouldn't say a word against her. We know their off screen bond.

We have seen Namik's humble as well as sarcastic behaviour.

Ajiaz must know what should be put up on media. AND THAT'S THE ONLY POINT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT.

I was also thinking the same dear.. By now some people would have made 2-3 posts on how snobbish, self obsessed and unprofessional she.is...

I remember ones someone made a post.saying aijaz unfollowed namik on TT.. Seems like these two werent getting along from a long time but aijaz.could have kept quite and maintained the dignity instead of making it public.. Sbs already gave news regarding this and namik.said it wasnt anything major and ended it then and there, he could have.done the same...

I am not starting an irrelevant topic but stating what I feel after having seen the posts made in the forum..

When I said if nikita would have been in Namik's place, I meant if one of the crew had spoken out against Nikita..so bond don't come into quwstion

I have already said that I am not sure what exactly happened..but if this did happen, just as Aijaz shld know what to put out in media, Namik should know how to respect others work too..

This is beyond ridiculous now..

Namik would never do that... As far as I have understood him... Yes a small argument must have happened.. Doesn't mean that people start hurling accusations like this...

People should maintain their dignity at least... And Aijaz shouldn't have abandoned ship when 2 days were left only... Namik being the person he is wont throw tantrums... He was the only one without any blemish in all this mess... People have started this also... I find it in very bad taste... Oh yes and I don't believe it at all..

Look I don't know what exactly happened and who was at fault..

No matter what happened. Major or not..Aijaz is dumb to wash dirty laundry in public..atleast he could have put out things in a better manner..

but if it was something really big and namik was disrespectful, then he is at fault too..

This is actually disgusting to come out in media!!Things like this happen in sets!!Not justifying anyones behaviour but why is the director complaining like a toddler with examples🤢!!The reason he gave to quit the shw tells everything!!

It's a very immature behaviour by aijaz... When people of same age group work together... All This happens 100 times and in every field fir eg.i work in corperate and everyday this happen.. When u r stressed it happens.. Even at home it happens...but that doesn't mean u just leave ur work and that also when show is anyways ending... And u left tho left but why u need to explain everything in media when u don't have anything to do with it...it's calls publicity stunt... As he wants to becomr an actor...the way he said to media clearly shows that he is not able to digest namik's popularity... And somewhere it also reflects that he feels why actor gets popular and not director... It called having complex... And u did when show is ending so it shows wants to b in news before ends...

Ya thats what i feel too.. I don't think.aijaz is lying.. Namik is short temped and is in a mess since the news of the show going off air came.. He has admitted both.of it in many ivs.. So due to.high on emotions he might have crossed his limits.. But aijaz should have maintained the.dignity and kept what happened b/w them only.. There was no need to tell the.media about what happened so detailed... He.could have responded like.namik.. Namim admitted to having a verbal spat and said it.happenes atvtimes which was the right way to do so..

He gave srk as example then srk never directly blamed or badmouthed about Salman when they were fighting.. He is a dignified gentleman...

Fair enough and yes we need to respect every member irrespective of what you are going through from within. And even if you have a dispute with ANYONE, please don't make it public and insult yourself trying to defame the other person.
