I don't know where to start. Honestly the peaceful forum I used to love has now probably turned into something absolutely different. Nikita Dutta is a dedicated actress. She is beautiful, confident and an extremely talented actress. Some points I have to present here against the assumptions many have come up with about Nikita Dutta being unprofessional, snobbish etc. etc.
It is known to all that Nikita continued shooting even when she was sick and had fever. She was rushed to hospital when the sickness got worse. She cared more about our show than her health and comfort. If she was overconfident about being a big star and the PH was biased towards her then she would have left shooting stating her illness. This clearly shows how much dedicated she is towards her job. The people calling her unprofessional should check the facts before they speak.
You might have noticed that NiMik like to pull each other's legs. Whenever Namik called Nikita snobbish; one with common sense would easily see that he said it just for fun. He wasn't serious. How do you know how she is as a person. Have you met her? Are you a close friend or relative? How can you determine her character merely by her on screen appearance? Who are you to judge? Who gave you the right? You guys feel bad when someone 'personally attacks' and then why are you personally attacking Nikita? Bashing someone is not expressing your opinion. You have no right to judge if someone is unprofessional or unworthy or lacks talent. It's just your feeling while others might feel in a different way.
Many bashed her for her 'insensitive' post. Even if she posted something expressing her sorrow about the show going off air, the ones who are bashing her would say you are the one to be blamed for it. And you are here with your crocodile tears to gain our sympathy. They just needed an excuse to bash Nikita. Nothing else. She recovered from long term illness and instead of wishing her they are bashing her. Who is insensitive here? She has her own life and she wants to keep it separate from her personal life. What's wrong with that. She thanked her fans once she recovered. She was sick. And in that state one may not feel like doing anything and so she couldn't reply to fans' wishes.
Namik said that she was senior to him clearly because she played a lead role earlier while he played a side one. He said that she is more experienced. Nikita never boasted about herself. She is beautiful and talented and she knows it. Being confident isn't a crime. Lacking confidence is bad. She is an experienced actor and was a part of a beauty pageant.
Nikita doesn't interact with the cast. Pardon? Are you guys a part of the crew? And even if she interacts less than others then maybe she is an introvert. Not that she is moody.
You guys may not like her acting but you have no right to say that her behavior is unprofessional and that she isn't a good actress. If so, then go play Sumo yourself and prove it.
Many here have been negative towards Nikita/Sumo since a long time. The reason remains unknown. Maybe pichle janam ki dushmani. They know better.
Nikita isn't the reason for the show going off air. It's probably just an excuse of the channel. They stopped promoting our show long ago. That's not something new. The reason is unknown here too.
No matter how loud I shout the ones who are bashing Nikita Dutta will continue doing it. They have stuffed cotton balls in their ears and have kept their eyes shut. I don't think they understand logic. So I have no wish to get into a conversation with people who are behaving insane like obsessed about bashing Nikita. I would go crazy myself. Spare me the horror.
But as a NiMik fan, if anyone bad mouths about Namik or Nikita, I would defend them. I have the right as a fan.
