Can we remember the fact that he wasn't going to do anything bad to Sumo he was even ready to take the responsibility of her marriage, yesterday when he saw her crying, his caring side stood up despite everything. What he did was a big mistake and I am sure he will redeem but imagine yourself in his shoes and see how he sees everything, and he's also quite impulsive again it does not justify anything but saying that his character is butchered is a big thing when we are fighting with someone we often say things to hurt the other person to gain a reaction and Adi is again and again questioning ShraMan's relationship, having said that I am going to wait and watch Shravan's redemption because yes he's human yes he's flawed and I know that he will regret it and do everything to rectify his mistakes ! Keep watching EDKV !

Amazing post and a much needed one ofcourse. Couldn't agree more..I second each and every point of urs. I enjoyed the episode a lot and eagerly waiting for upcoming episodes.

I agree with you. Every character is wrong somewhere.

It was sad that Shravan felt so frustrated that he would say something like this. But, in his defense, Nirmala really hurt him. I am not justifying his actions, but he just lashed out in pain😭. Its very humane. We can't always expect someone to be his best self. Shravan hit a low point because the people around him are making no sense to him. Also, the people he truly loves keep disappointing him. He just wanted to hurt the people who hurt him. In this case, Aditya was getting on his last nerve...kept asking about his relationship with Suman making it sound as if they share a sordid past.😡 All Shravan did was oblige Adi. If Shravan had said there was nothing, Adi wouldn't have believed him. The only way to shut his mouth was to manipulate him. Which Shravan did...though it was not cool at all.

But, the thing is: Whatever Shravan said shouldn't have made a difference to Aditya if he had trusted Suman. Also, why does Adi care so much about Suman's past...so what if she had an ex-bf? Even if what Shravan said was true and if Adi really loved her, he wouldn't care about her past. Also, if he has a problem with her past, break up with her but molest her...a big NO NO as you said.

TBH, I liked this episode. It makes me realize, everyone has a limit. Shravan reached his limit tonight.

As Kamini said...Jwala-mukhi ubal raha hai aur phat bhi raha hai. Also, Shravan's retaliation is not just because of Sumo's wedding. Shravan's outburst is a product of abandonment issues and people disappointing him for more than a decade. All his dark emotions seeped into him in this episode and he became poisonous.

Shravan was bound to lash out somehow. Sumo just got caught in the crossfire.

Besides, as you said: Shravan did tell us a few episodes ago that he would become tedha and "To hell with the world". He said he would be selfish and won't care who gets hurt. Now he is putting his money where his mouth is.

Many people are very disappointed with Shravan. I get their point. But, I actually feel sorry for him. People keep disappointing him. For once, he wants to disappoint someone (Nirmala, mostly). It's humane, I think. Ab mujhi ko dekh lo, Shravan ne theek nahi kiya, but kahin na kahi ek sukoon mila ki Adi ka mooh bandh hua. Its the universal truth, we can't always be our best selves.
