The base of the show was friendship , the relationship so unadulterated that no one in family questioned however malicious the intent was, whether Chachi or Mami. When going gets tough, and life gives u lemon, friends are the one who help you make lemonade out of it and here they make a fatta dudh out of it. :p

Sumo Shravan can claim to be best of friends or claim undying love but neither have any understanding of each other's emotions or the mental state and in a way have gone to level of frenemy to friends cum punching bags .

Sumo might have been a badass of a friend as kid but shravan takes the cake of being a pathetic friend as an adult. From questioning her intent at every step, mudslinging to now falling to this levels of defamation. A thorough character assassination and nothing could now redeem his character from such deep pits.

Rip EDKV . I wish the initial quality had been maintained and it would have gone nothing short of an epic and instead it now languishes as just another soap.

He also has monster inside him which was shown in start of the thing, if you could see promo...a lot of misogyny about woman vs self respect. His monstrous side took him over wherein he couldn't see protection, love, care and affection.. bound to happen with every human when things rile up
Today he was not in his senses, we speak lot many nasty things to our near and dear ones when not in senses don't we???? A great fall will make him rise and shine further.
I am not supporting Shravan actions,totally against but I thought it was bound to happen when you keep too much pain, hurt and anger inside your heart you explore in worst way to get back.I like shades of grey...

And of course it still does not justify all his bak bak bak; quack quack quack, cluck cluck today but maybe, just maybe, the memory box came out of hiding and he saw it. There has to be a reason why he was sent to the room not just to keep the gifts. I mean why would he need to go to Sumos room to keep the gifts. Why not the kitchen or the store room or elsewhere. Why? And Nirmala could have spoken to him anyway. So maybe just maybe, Buck buck and cluck cluck could cost him the one girl who truly loved him and he will realize the enormity of it- written in the interest of letters that get lost in the script.

@mona - nirmala is cancelled. for life. I not only have a problem with what she says to shravan but also how she says it. Zilch empathy for the son she abandoned - for no fault of his.

shravan needs to be sent to suman's room several times now - for myriad household chores - particularly those involving him having to open the cupboard.

the way she chided him for hating her almost seemed like she was blaming him to be that way despite her having explained him her stance. the woman is beyond belief. so let's presume she is cancelled.

again - I am all eyes for CVs to justify this character with respect to her biological son, going forward. In my mind - she cannot be justified, but let's see.

as for shravan - my biggest disappointment with him was that he sacrificed his best friend's trust for exacting revenge on someone else. and no frustration can justify that.

If he is frustrated with nirmala - go harm her or her son. If you are frustrated with aditya - go harm him or his mother. But why exact revenge from either or both by maligning someone completely unrelated - that too the person you think you love?

I have seen some arguments such as "when is pre marital sex something to be ashmed of" - its not! the operative word here is consent. does suman know shravan would use this trick on aditya to piss him off? no, right? that's the problem. its an intimate aspect of a relationship - how dare he uses that to exact revenge? more so when its not true? and not even once does he think how this will affect suman's marital life going forward? he simply was not thinking about her when he said all this.

we can blame it on his anger problem - but then that's a problem. and again, he needs medical attention.

also, just because sharvan is being criticized today does not in any way imply anyone is trying to justify aditya's future course of action. both are independently abominable and inexcusable. period.
