I wonder why off lately we have been getting only lollipop Shraman moments? 😒

I mean scenes just to please the fans so that they don't get agitated. We might try to defend ShraMan coz we love them but truth is somewhere the story is too lose to make sense. Shravan knows Sumo was waiting for him to invite her on coffee and say his feelings yet he is not introspecting or trying to figure out why she is behaving so weird. On the other hand Sumo too is not trying to introspect if is it rly correct to hurt and lie to Shravan like this about Ramnath's evil ways. Afterall till when can she lie to him about his father...not forever. So this zabardasti ki doori dont make sense. Now Shravan will feel angry coz Sumo might get convinced by Aditya's choice of place for PCT as its in her budget. But the truth is Shravan himself didn't try to help her out this way...Sumo didn't reject his help because it was him but because at that time she was angry on him for breaking pct and she didn't want to take any ehsaans. So basically for no logical reason Shravan will misunderstand Sumo once again. I dont know what will cvs achieve by showing this. Shravan definitely has a long way to go in terms of accepting the elder Sumo who is self-dependent and self-made. Anyone else is not even in the zone of ever being able to be a potential partner for Sumo but even Shravan needs to grow a lot. Similarly even sumo needs to accept Shravan with all his flaws. Somehow for her he has always been her savior, her knight in shining armor but when it came to accepting him with his flaws which are natural coz of his troubled teenage, Sumo has not been that impressive. Sumo as a friend and as a lover needs to take this responsibility of helping him out in pain.

I think all was going well till the PCT/Accident track. Somehow Sumo was eager to make him understand her love and loyalty that even made her force Nirmala to meet her son. Even in PCT and accident track Shravan got to know how much Sumo's dreams matter to her and how even with all her stubbornness or even her attempt to make him meet Nirmala she can never mean wrong to him.

But post that the show has been downhill. ShraMan are not growing any more in this relationship. They are just stuck due to an external factor. Since till now their mus were due to their own flaws there was scope of growth but since this mu is coz of Ramnath the relationship has become stagnant. Its like the two have been made a prey at the hands of one senseless person.

I really request the cvs if they ever read this to not reduce two such amazing characters to mere puppets. Ram, Nirmala and Kamini are not the leads of this show. Its ShraMan and their love. If not romance atleast show growth. Show passion. Show emotions. Why we never see Sumo being upset or hurt over being away from Shravan or giving him pain? Why we dont see Shravan trying to put 2 and 2 together abt the strange change in her behavior? where is the logic gone out of these two so sane individuals?😕

Malika another beautiful post. But if I may, a slightly different view point. Till now they have had their share of differences, but nowhere the sort of clash that will make them realize that they need to work on their love if they are to resolve their fundamental differences. Earlier they would fight and then get back together, without solving anything. But this time becoz of an external factor, they cannot live from one moment to the next. It's a very dramatic way for them to see each other's faults- Shravan who is really afraid of rejection, such that if Sumo draws back he doesn't even have the guts to shake her and ask what happened, becoz he's afraid to lose her. And Suman- who has put her love for Shravan down the list of her other priorities. With Ramnath's ultimatum and Adi/Nirmala coming into the picture, each of them will have to decide what is more imp and fight for it. And believe me I like that things are going to get worse, before they get perfect. We have seen before also, the way their fights have been resolved is when something drastic happens to the other person. I think this track will take Shravan to the brink and break him and it will be upto Sumo to decide can she sacrifice her best friend, her love's happiness for 10,000 other reasons. And for Shravan to decide whether he can overcome his brittle self and understand what he has with this girl, and of course to box Ramnath on his face.

I would not agree that they are not showing Sumo hurting, I can feel her pain at each step. But she is really not as intense as Shravan and finds small pleasures in everyday things. Let's see if this track can make her realize that what she once did (put her popularity and coolness quotient over her friendship), if that repeated she will lose Shravan forever. I think the moment that feeling sets in, we will see violent emotions from her. Right now Shravan has not reached the brink, but he will slowly. And together they will come out stronger.

Shraman's.growth is on a break due.to aditya amd.nirmala.. They cannot show growth in shraman since last 2-3 episodes were dedicated for the character.growth of aditya and the.effect shravan is having due.to.his presence.. Also they need to make aditya fall in love with sumo to make nirmala come to delhi... That wont be possible if problems b/w shraman gets.resolved...

Since nikita is unwell this week also there.wont be any shraman this week also...

Just the whole Ramnath bribing Sumo to stay away from son scenario is not appealing to me at all...and to top it off Sumo listening to Ramnath...and not trying to come up with a better solution...is also quite unrealistic. This blackmail track and Sumo's trying to be devi avatar is just in bad taste. Upar se Shravan is not even trying to find out what went wrong with Sumo...is also difficult to digest. That is why I feel that this track has probably added some spice but at the cost of quality of storytelling. Other than that...acting wise...everybody has been brilliant as usual! Will see what the CVs have in store for us. Also, I feel it's too soon to come to any conclusion regarding Adi track.

Yes I expected her to bounce back and challenge him but I think they changed track for trps

Haan yaar...for some reason I thought that when Shravan tries to approach her about coffee date she will be receptive to him...talk to him...explain to him that she does not want to come in between his dad and him...since Ramnath uncle does not like her...she did not have to reveal about the check and all...but then I think that would be too realistic and sans drama...and nobody likes that.

Then Sumo could have said something like...I cherish our friendship a lot...and let's remain friends...both would be heartbroken...and then during this marriage track...both would realize they cannot stay away from each other...something like this would be more desirable to me.

exactly pooja! since this whole majboori track started, it has been downhill. if they did this to increase TRP, they have not really succeeded. isnt it still the same? + they have competition from two really successful shows at more popular networks, they should have just stuck to original story.

inspite of what people might say, i cant understand how easily suman buckled down to ramnath's demands. this is not how modern, educated, independent women act- this is what a saas bahu show woman would have done who is supposed to be less worldly wise. i also dont like how mute they have made nanu who was the voice of reason. as dabu said, preeti ki shaadi ka koi phayada nahin hai. and the fact that no one is caring about how preeti will be treated by kamini after marriage is another joke, ladki hai lets get her married and move on, we give two hoots about her. in reality, her parents would have discussed this really big concern with lalaji or ramnath - yahan pe toh aag lagi thi shaadi karane ki because they were seen staring into each others eyes 😆. if people got married because of that in US, yahan pe toh subways mein shaadi ho jaati🤣

and shravan - mr intelligent doesnt like using his brain. koi bhi aata hai, usski thinking mold karke chala jaata hai 😆 whether its chachi these days or his dad

It's not like we can change anything...so we have the option of watching the show...or if we don't like it...stop watching it...but I will be honest...I can't even stop watching coz I really like Nimik's chemistry. How I wish the CVs used this marriage track to make Shravan realize that Sumo is the polar opposite of Ramnath's perception of her...she is someone who can balance both work and life...and in fact she has already said that family is her top priority. His realization...both their longing for each other...and yet not being able to confess would have made for such a beautiful marriage track.

exactly yaar! even in this mess created by Cvs, i cant stop watching it because of the lead pair chemistry. i agree with you, i thought this track was to show to shravan that sumo is poles apart from ramnath's bigotry of thinking but no - what we are seeing is sumo proving to be exactly like how ramnath made her seem like.

hamara popat continues! + this new guy entry was not needed but thats my opinion 😉
