Since I am feeling a lot for Shravan since the Friday episode.

BTW, This is not about rights and wrongs.

But I did receive a query on how Suman can accept Aditya's help, but not Shravan's.

The difference is, when Shravan offered her PCT back, it had been scripted by Ramnath...and Shravan had offered it in a condescending tone. Whereas, Aditya understood her concern for her budget and told her it is within her limits...which means he has just found a place for her, he is not offering the money.

Even if this incident is to be equated with the Sangeet Hall instance- Even there, it seemed like Shravan had done it behind her back. Had he approached her with sincerity, saying this was a discount applicable to anyone who comes with a referral, she would have agreed. Unfortunately it looked like Shravan had BOUGHT the guy for her. There is a difference.

And why is the difference there?

Because Aditya understands what Suman means by self respect, and Shravan does not.

I too had a question to this answer somewhat similar to yours but since I am not posting my analysis I didn't put it anywhere. So now you have it here,here is my little bit on it.

So I thought over this action of Sumo over a very long time and came to this conclusion:

Sumo's self respect has always been her,for her its always her self respect before anything.

When Shravan had offered her the PCT papers she had softened a bit,if you noticed but as soon as he mentioned that we had bought it the hard expression was back on. The thing here I feel was because according to her thinking it was Shravan who had broken down PCT and now here he was offering her the property papers,ego and dripping out.

There Shravan had shown her that he was doing some sot of favor yo her whereas his intentioned were purely good.

On the other side Aditya showed her that he understood her and knew what her self respect meant(like you said) even here his intentions were clear.

Basically the difference here was they way both presented each other differently when there intentions were same.

About Shravan not understanding her self respect isn't it both of their fault and not only Shravan's?(My personal opinion)

For this I feel that there is this bit of not knowing between them because of the 10 long years gap they had.

For what I believe Shravan's fault was that he never tried to understand her and Suman's fault was that she never let him understand her.

I am feeling bad for Shravan as well like I mentioned in so many posts already that I sound repetitive.

About help Sumon didn't take pct help from shravan because of the way he gave the papers to her. But, she went to him first for help.

About help during this wedding she can't take it because of what Ramu did and also she never directly took money from him either in any other occasions.

I am sure she won't take monetary help from Adi. There is no question about it.

Some saying why is she letting him touch her??

He is just blowing into her eyes as something went in, it's not really touch touch.

She is not even awkward when he is blowing into her eyes. Had this been shravan there would be a long eyelock.

About the part where he doesn't understand her self respect- I frankly think it is because he has been blinded by his father. And he won't let Suman remove any blindfold his father has put.

Simply means he trusts his dad more than he trusts her- we have ample evidence for that.

So I don't think it is in Sumo's hands anymore.

Looks like she has given up- just like she told Ramnath...Time will make Shravan realise...One fine day he will understand her and her love for him.
