Chapter 6

"Shravan WHAT THE HE-"Suman screamt,surprised and embarrassed but was cut off as Shravan's lips took charge of hers.

Pouring in all the anger,jealousy and desire he didn't give Suman even a single chance to breathe or escape.Once they parted Suman spoke,"Shravan,what's gotten into you,not like I am complaing.

"Mine"Shravan spoke intensely.

"What?"

"Say you are MINE"

"Shravan?Are you okay?"

"Haan ab tum mere kyun sunogi?After all I took you away from your 'Best Buddy' right!" spoke a jealous Shravan.

"Ahh! Now I see.So Mr.Husband is jealous of Mr.Buddy"Suman laughed out looking at her man who stood with a baby pout on his face.Men could be such a kid, specially when it came to Shravan,she thought."Shravan common,you cannot be jealous of Adi.I mean I agree that you have had a past with him regarding this but look at him now,langoor jaisa dikhta hai and you thought me and him Oh my god Shravan." Suman laughed while Shravan looked at her with curious eyes.

"Hahahaha and I thought you had better standards.Common yaar jealous hona tha toh koi dhanke dikhne waale se toh hote,jaise Dhruv,Varun ya Ritvik."Suman spoke teasingly,making up names.

"What?Sumo yeh sab kon hai?"asked a surprised Shravan.

"You are such a kid,pattiji"laughed Suman placing her lips on his as she tiptoed to reach his height.

"Yours"blurted out Suman once she had finished kissing her kid.

"Oh so I see,Biwi is upto teasing now.I will surely give this back to you darling"and with a swift moment he picked up Suman,throwing her on the bed.

"Let's get you screaming all night."Shravan spoke as he slowly undid Suman's clothes.

"Mine"

"Yours"

And that night every inch of hers was marked as his.

"Sumo you have to sleep"said Shravan as he dragged Suman who had just come out from the shower.

"Shravan Preeti-Pushkar ke mehndi hai,I am needed there.Plus Khushi ko bhi ready karna hai,you know na how she is."whined Suman as she tried to get away from her giant husband.

"Sumooo yaar,hojayega sab kuch.So jao na.Puri raat bhar nahi soyi and now you've gotten up so early"

"Shravan stop being a kid.Pehle toh raat ko kisene ne mujhe sone nahi diya and ab wahi sone ko keh raha hai.Wah!"

"Huh"

"Shravan I am going,we will all be reaching the venue by 12 so I advise you to get your ass moving otherwise the whole family will be late and haan I am taking Khushi along."

"Bye Jaan"

"Bye"

"Mumma I am a grown up girl.Idhar tak nahi aunty upar, aur upar"Khushi screamed as she ordered the lady who applied mehndi in her childish excitement.

The mehndi ceremony was on full swing where the ladies sat inside the hall decorated in a Rajasthani style occupying each seat getting their hands done while all the men sat outside in the garden.Preeti sat occupying the centre seat as two ladies worked on her hand and one on her legs.The color of the day had been green and Suman wore a green slit kurta paired up with a white long skirt and hair braided.

"Okay big baby girl.No complaints and no irritation once it is done.Okay?"said Sumann smiling.

"Yes Mumma"

"Suman beta,Shravan kab aaraha hai?"Nirmala asked worried as she made her way towards Suman and Khushi.

"Nahi maa.Phone karti hoon abhi."

Suman sighed.She had told Shravan to get ready but at the end he was nothing but a grown up child and hence dozed off to sleep the moment she had left resulting in the whole Malhotra family leaving the child behind after all they couldn't afford being late to their own ceremony.

'Khud ko sona nahi hai,doosre ko sulane ka mood nahi hai and ab late hone pe khaenge ki Sumo sone nahi dete'Suman thought to herself,mentally facepalming herself as she called him.

"Jaan"Suman heard a husky voice and shuddered when she felt a soft kiss on the hickey she had hid with tons of concealer and foundation.

"Shraaavan"Suman hissed.

"Mhhmm"

"Chodo koi dekhlega,sab hai yaha and Khushi bhi saamne he baithe hai."Suman stated pushing Shravan away lightly.

"Huh"

"Shravan tum bhi na.Kahin bhi kuch bhi shoru ho jaate ho"complained Suman as she looked around in the hall.Her cheeks turned red and lips curved up to an embarrassed smile as she saw few ladies smiling slyly amongst them,few of her friends passing her an evil smile and few kids and teenagers laughing.

"Shravan go to papa,he was waiting for you and haan even Maa"

"But jaan we haven't even talked to each other properly for so many days and you are telling me to go"Shravan whined.

"Shravan!"

"Achaa achaa going Sumo wrestler"

As Shravan was leaving,Khushi called out to him,"Papaaa".

"Papa,Khushi aapse kate hai"

"Kyun baby?"

"Aap mumma ko kiss deke chalegegaye and mera kya?Jao aapse baat nahi karni."

'Total Sumo'Shravan laughed to himself.

"Wow baby aapki mehndi toh kitni pretty hai"

"Haina papa! Mumma didn't allow me first but phir dadi ne unko data."Khushi laughed.

"Hawww.Next time papa ko bata dena,voh sambhal lenge aapki mumma ko okay?"

"Okay"said Khushi while Suman glared at Shravan and received a chuckle.

"Chachi aapne Sumo ko dekha?"asked Shravan.It had been 2 hours since had last seen her after their first encounter of the day.He had fed Khushi and now was looking for Suman so that they both could eat together.

"Ohooho Shravan puttar,voh rahi teri votti.Ab jaake mehndi lagva rahi hai.Subaha see sara kaam apne sar pe leke ghoom rahi hai.Jaa jake sambhal use aur thoda khila pila."Kamini replied.She had been in complete awe of how Suman had managed the marriage not only from the Tiwari's side but also from the Malhotras side.

"Ji Chachi."

Suman sat drowsily as a lady worked on her right hand.Her eyes kept drooping and lines of worry and pain made their way on her forehead often.

Shravan noticed this and asked concerned,"Sumo sab theek hai na?"

"Pata nahi Shravan,sar bohut dukh raha hai.Shayad neened complete nahi hui na shayad islye"Suman spoke softly, weariness visible in her voice.

"Ohh Suman"Shravan spoke.He now felt guilty of getting her awake the whole night even when he knew she had to wake up early.

"Ruko mien khana lata hoon"

Soon Shravan arrived with a plate full of her favorite dishes and fed her slowly,eating few bites in the middle himself.

"Sumo so ab.Please!"Shravan spoke.Even after she had got mehndi applied,she had refused to retire of to the bed when they had reached the Malhotra Mansion and had made rounds to check if everyone was doing alright except herself.

"Hmmm"

"Kya hmmm.I said na,so jao.ABHI"Shravan spelled.

"But Shravan mehndi?Abhi bhi geele hai,agar sote sote kahin haath lag gaya and kharab hogayi toh?"

"Don't worry jaan.Mein hoon na"Shravan chuckled.

He gently scoped up Suman in in his arms,placed her on the bed and covering her with a blanket,he carefully picked up her hands and held on to them with an angle which was cause no harm to the mehndi.

"Ab so jao"

"Par Shravan tum aise?"asked Suman as Shravan had sat in an uncomfortable position so that he could protect her mehndi.

"Mere chinta mat karo.You sleep bas"

"I Love You"

"Me too"

Three hours later when Suman woke up,she saw Shravan dozing of in the same position she had last seen him and her mehndi still remained perfect.Tears filled her eyes,this guy had loved her so much.What had she done to deserve him,she thought.

Trying not to disturb her child she tried getting off from the bed but couldn't when Shravan woke up suddenly and asked groggily"Sumo uth gayi.Theek ho?"

"Better"she answered.

Suman got up close to Shravan and snuggled on his chest when he got a call.

"Haan Pushkar bol"

"Bhaiya all ready?"

"Ready for?"
"Bachelors party bhaiya.Don't tell me you forgot ya phir Sumi Bhabhi is beside you right now."

"Nothing like that Pushkar.I woon't be able to come.Sumo is not well,I will stay with her for the evening."

"Kya hua use?Do I come upstairs?"

"Not needed.You all go enjoy."

"Theek hai bhaiya.By the way Khushi is playing with Vansh and Anika in Vandy Bhabhi's room.I thought I should let you know"

"Thank you Chote and Sorry"

"Not needed bhaiya.I understand."

"Kya keh raha tha Pushkar?" Suman asked.She was confused as to what these boys were upto and where were they going.

"Nothing Sumo.Bas bachelors party ke liye remind kar raha tha but I told that I won't be coming"

"Why?"
"Because Khushi Ki Maa needs Khushi Ke Papa"spoke Shravan in a flirty tone.

"Shravaan" laughed Suman wholeheartedly.

And that evening both of them filled the void they had felt these weeks in each others embrace.

A/N-Hey you beautiful readers,thanks for being so patient and bearing with my time delay.You guys are one of the best bunch of readers. more chapter and an epilogue left probably.

Just wanted to let you know that I have a different writing style for each of my story and hence if you think this one does not reach to the mark,then please understand as to how I wanted this story to be simple,light hearted and fun hence such a style.

I chose something away from mainstream this chapter cause I wanted something different and something new.I hope that worked out and I hope the long update to worked out.

P.S.-I am still under 18 and hence no 18+ stuff.Sorry if you were accepting that ;)
