I haven't watched any Sony show before...edkv is the first one...I saw the promo of both serials.but didn't watched the serial in first week.first time i watched both serial on saturday when whole week epi repeats.as shaheer is popular I thought why don't give it a try.i watched krpkab,as edkv aired after krpkab,I watched edkv for the first time.became fan of shravan and sumo in first episode itself
😳after watching both serials mujhe edkv zyaada pasand aaya,felt something is der which is special about edkv 😳 luv childhood love stories 😳 shraman childhood sweethearts

It was my mother who started seeing it first... There was nothing I used to watch at that time so I used to watch it along with...from the first episode..
And that's how I started to watch it...

The 1st episode had me intrigued and so did Suman's character, a career girl who seemed to have a strong mind of her own. The production values were A+ too and then came Sharavn Malhotra's entry in episode 2 which pulled me and along came the 3rd episode- his looks, swag, his conversation with his dad and that family introduction- had me in hook line and sinker and the magic of EDKV took over completely.

Man all of u here have watched the promos,1st epi etc...😆😆I was just changing channels on a Saturday afternoon wen i caught up with its repeats...its was the Holi track😉..As evrythng else was way 2 boring i let it play..And then bam😆 Mr 6.4 comes into play all decked up with colours nd dats it ...started my addiction 4rm the nxt day😆

I just loved Shravan. His intensity, those emotions he kept hidden, and then that scene when Suman comes to his house for the party and he sees her earning and picks it up? Gold! The scene where she opens the door and he is standing there? Equally Gold. Their first accidental conversation on the phone? It was all amazing and before I knew it I was hooked. They managed to hook us without too many over dramatic theatrics or Batameez rich guy and poor girl BS! (This gets old after you see it a few times)

Suman and Shravan are equals. Yes Shravan comes from a richer family but we never felt they were not equal. Suman is an entrepreneur not some "Bechari" who has to become subservient to the male lead or his family. Usually that is the case! ALL those things set this show apart for me and got me hooked! I seriously hope they don't deviate from that. Also the realistic feel of it was so refreshing. There are no doppelgngers or long lost Mother/brother sister coming back for revenge etc. So on all scores this show is a huge plus in my eyes!

Didnt start watching it from the beginning. Though I really liked Nikki in the promos (especially as compared to the girl in the other show) and also how Suman was an independent no non-sense character...But honestly the fact that promos showed the male lead as an MCP was a put off 😆 And this is kind of for the records that it was actually for Namik/Shravan only that I started watching it later 😳 Its rare that you come across such a well-etched male character on Indian TV. And namik's acting (which I actually never knew was so good) really got me hooked.

PS The scenes that specially got me hooked were when Sumo pushes Shravan and he ends up getting hurt and then later when Shravan stands up for Sumo and nanji in court.

I was an online watcher b4 so I heard a lot of good things about the show online.So I got really curious to watch..i got hooked after Namik's entry.Loved his character and their chemistry..
