shravan is living in guilt now that all happened coz of him.

He was pouring output his guilt frustration on pushkar when pushkar came to console him.

He is guilty and rightly so for not stopping her.And, he expressed it in front of Pushkar and Raamnath.

His guilt is slowly eating him up n that is quite evident by his actions n that straight denial to his father advice of going home
Also by that imagination whereby he informs sumo of that manhole

My heart goes out to him. Poor shravan. N harder time is yet to come up with suman refusal n ramnath truth revelation
