we can't do anyyhing to buzz points but we can defo with views/ratings/activity

TM there is something i came to know from many other forums across I-F that only one vote counts on Chaska Meter per login. I dont see this tip in the post so please update and inform it in the title of the post. Log In vote and Log out. Log in again and vote and log out.. Hitting Chaska Meter after refreshing wont count the votes :)
