As much as I want this to happen what you just said , I doubt it will . Suman knows how sensitive this issue is for shrawan and , she will let him rant who khete haina dil ki bharas nikalo, so she will let him do that , until he is calm enough to see her pov. Dinner date I think will be an apology from shrawan so part bec he will be screaming at Sumo tom .

Well Indrani, I think multiple factors are playing in Suman's mind as she tries to bring Shravan and his mom together - BUT all the factors build toward ONE reason. She wants Shravan to be happy - out of this messed up world he has created in his head, so he can have what he wants and deserves. As astonm wrote in her post/OS, Sumo just wants to "ease the pain that burns inside him like an everlasting fire". Yes, she also has some suppressed hope that this will also lead him to understand and acknowledge his feelings toward her.

And I have absolutely no qualms about that.

I agree with all of you who have pointed out how Shravan stayed back for her, fought Khosla's case for her, went against his family (including his dad who he dotes on) for her... I also agree that EDKV is as close to reality as we've ever seen on Indian TV (which is why I love it, right?), It's just how the makers show Suman making her entire life to be about Shravan that bothers me somewhere...

Love the discussion, BTW... So ALL of you, bring on your perspectives... I live AND love to learn 😊
