Why is Suman scared?

I don't really understand why Suman is making a big issue of not making dal in front of Shravan??

Why does she want to send him out? If he asks how she can cook the exact same way, she can easily explain as Shravan has already told the recipe in detail and she is a "Chef".

May be I'm missing something, so any help?? TIA

I think because it is the only link between his mom and him so , idk . I myself was thinking why .

Agreed! She thinks if he ends up remembering it was his mom's recipe, and she's cooking it, he might blow a fuse thereby severing the only link he has with his mother at the moment..

It is actually two fold .. She wanted him to win the bet that a male made it so that he doesn't associate it with any negative emotion and keeps enjoying the daal ..
She figured he would eventually remember that it was his mom's receipe and when that happens all those negative feeling will turn their friendship bitter if he knew sumo had connection with his mom , and wd break the friendship like he warned in his room the other day ..

Even I was thinking that why she cannot tell him that she learnt it from his mom. It is not that they didn't know each other earlier. In their childhood like Shravan knew Naanu same way Sumo knew Nirmala Aunty, and since she had interest in cooking from then there is full possibility that she would have learnt it from her.

Only reason I find is that it will remind him of his mother and he may get angry on Sumo...

And she is trying hard t bring them together and does not want anything to go wrong!

That's because she wants Shravan to assume that the dal was made by a male... So that he does not think twice before eating it... He hates females... So he wouldn't enjoy dal if he got to know that it was made by a female..he thinks women can do nothing good... He assumes the dal to be a good job done by a male...And plus if he got to know that Suman had a connection with his mom, he would break the friendship and will start hating on her...

But, she can tell him that she is recreating the recipe like he mentioned in front of her the other day at his office? Or she thinks the lawyer in him would find out she is lying? And even if she gets caught she can say she learned the recipe before his parents broke up but only if the angry young man is in a mood to listen to her?.

Too many questions but it will all be answered eventually. Patience is the name of the game.

I agree! it seems a little silly that Shravan does not know Sumo is a professional chef and owns PCT. Even though he was far away he used to follow her on FB. I think they need to ease up on this dal issue and concentrate on the leads.

This show has so much potential but somehow I feel they always rush #shraman scenes and concentrate on others. P
