AMAZING POST ! KUDOS.. WORD TO WORD... IT WAS AS IF I WAS ACTUALLY GOING THROUGH THE EPISODE..

I actually like the way they are showing realistic things!
reminds me of the sheer stupidity which i have done in case of my first love!!(it always will be special😆) how.. and

the reactions of sumo are very realistic.. not giving space is actually one of the side affects... you forget everything else...

seriously. i have done my share of idiotic things. i love the realistic angle they are showing in the show.. and the jhatka (much needed one ) will be given on monday.. i am glad that shravan hasnt forgotten that he hates women...

god knows what will happen when shravan's mom arrives..! but i trust cvs...
hoping for the best. and yeah i dont want a confession anytime soon...

and if at all that happens (it has to happen someday but not soonish) then i want sumo to confess and not the other way round...😉😳

Thank you Shivangi.🤗
I am genuinely curious as to what all you did.😆

WORD to everything you said. What Suman is doing is perfectly real & consistent with her character. I don't want a confession anytime soon either. There is still a lot more that they have to go through before they reach that stage & I love that despite the fast pace, the CVs are actually exploring so many aspects of ShraMan's relationship, as well as how they play off each other as individuals.
YES YES YES! I want Suman to confess. Keh diya na, bas keh diya😆

Really amazing post Sammy.. 👏
u r bang on ,on everything..
though I would disagree with u on the Gogul scene bcos Shravan was jealous..the way he said "main do minute late aata toh tum usse shaadi kar leti and tum usse date karo, shaadi karo mujhe kya"
I guess it depends on how v perceive a particular scene.. 😊

DAMN! YOU WRITE SO FREAKING WELL. Most of the time I don't know what more I can say because you say it all & you say it so poetically. Hats off!

That poem was PERFECTION. It captured Shravan's feelings so so well, from what he doesn't introspect on to the way he behaves. That letter inside the crossword puzzle book truly defines Shravan. It defines the innocent young teenager who loved Sumo. It defines the years he lost without her in his life & the man he had to become. It defines adult Shravan's vulnerability which he hides away from the world under the mask of confidence & swag. It defines the 'khoobsurat ehsas' of friendship as Shravan stated, & love that Suman added on in Mon's episode.
Thank you Sammy😳.. but I managed to write well because you started off well. So, the real credit goes to you🤗

I definitely agree that somewhere both of them are still kids frozen in that time bubble of the past.. their interactions no doubt have a childish element to them in the way they fight, or placate each other. But I definitely see Suman as much more of a child than Shravan. I don't doubt Shravan's 'move on' even though he still loves her because if not for Ramnath's intervention, he would have left. Time & time again, I see external circumstances & situations pushing him to her rather than his own heart. I don't see Shravan using friendship as a defence mechanism & if it is the case, it is on a very subconscious level. I feel that he is very settled in the status quo - loving & caring for her as a friend that he doesn't introspect on the way he goes all out at times to protect her. Like I said, I feel that he's holding on to the letter, rather than the contents of the letter which is why I feel that for Shravan to truly realise his feelings, he would need to see Suman move on with another man. And feel that loneliness of her not being in his life now that they have patched up & are best friends like old times. On the other hand, I see Suman using that defence mechanism much more (strange because Shravan was the one who was rejected not her) which I guess comes from the loneliness she faced, so she feels the need to guard her heart all the time. Which is why she is hell bent on making Shravan confess when she knows that she loves Shravan & that he may love her too.
@blue.. definitely, he would have left. But, in my reading of Shravan (I might be wrong😆)... he left with the belief that all is well with her and she is my friend and shall continue to be my friend for ever. But, the problem with Shravan Malhotra is that this astute lawyer has never managed to decode the thin line between friendship and love. On second thoughts, even Sumo follows this train of thought as well. And no wonder, even without her knowing or meaning to she fell in love with this child-man (she also used to look at his FB pics. Also, remember she once said I can let go of this Shravan but not that of old). His anger, resentment of ten years was not that of an adult man. It was a child's way to overcome his past hurt. Had he been an adult then, in spite of her provocation of bhagoda... he would have let her be. Just forgotten her. In fact, he might have stayed out of her reach.😆
Its not simply love.. its a feeling, a treasure and luscious thought that he associates with her which made him what he is that he carries with him everywhere. She is his smile, she is his pain, she is his dreams which he has never let go and yet cannot let it be actualized because it shall lead to her absence. He carries the child within him, wherever he goes and I do not refer simply of the letter that he carries with him.. which does however, stands as a manifestation of that child that he refuses to let go. And whether Sumo is more of a child.. I think so that is not of major importance though apparently.. her child-like responses are causing her more harm than to Shravan (as of now). And you could say that Shravan is far more an adult because he has met people from across cultures and of course, his profession also helps. But, his most deepest responses stem from the time when she was there was with him.. solely for him. When he was a child.
@ red.. yes, external circumstances are pushing them towards certain situations where they wouldnt have been.. had they not been so child-like. An adult (Shravan) will think through their situations and reason why she is behaving this way while Sumo would wait and savour these moments together. They are children that's why they want their wishes to be fulfilled as soon as it formulates in their mind. So, Sumo wants proof while Shravan uses Samosas to keep her with him and if not that, his choice would be the deciding factor. But, what they have both not realized is... in case of Sumo, what if he never confesses which she rightly believes is there deep down in his heart? And in his case, will this friendship stay for ever if she gets married to someone else? So, their thinking is myopic as of now which makes them respond to external circumstances more... only when certain situations irrevocably change will this short-sightedness and naive understanding disappear.
I love the symbolism you caught on about their cars parked in opposite directions & how either of them would not be able to move if one doesn't step forward. I never noticed it. Going by your symbolism, doesn't this mean that these two are headed for different directions? Suman for love & Shravan for friendship? And interestingly like you pointed out Shravan extended his hand first like in the terrace scene (asking her to come over) while Suman took that step to hop onto his car (the promise to never leave him in the terrace scene).. seems like Suman will be the one to confess first & she will do it the moment she sees any hint of Shravan willing to reciprocate?

@bold.. they will be separated.. they have to be. And this time the distance between them will lead to mature understanding of love unlike what happened ten years previously. We have to face these episodes... unfortunately. 😕😉Not exactly in terms of Sumo moving towards love and he moving towards friendship but moving at different times to realize their love for each other.. which unfortunately, was always theirs in the first place. Yes, even i do feel Sumo will confess or there will be a major episode where she would be rejected by him (her marriage proposal will be rejected by him (this is JJKKL and my train of thought though😆)

PreeKar are forced. But there is one thing I noticed - Preeti's chill attitude would be perfect to counter Kamini. Either the makers should change the actress playing Preeti, or add more dimensions to her character. Until they do either of the two, I won't be able to accept PreeKar. PUSHKAR DESERVES BETTER MAN.
I dont know about Preekar.. something about them together gives me wrong vibes. And i dont know if you have noticed.. the Preekar scenes are always almost shown when Sharman are either thinking about each other or they are having their fights and whatever. Why is Preekar all of a sudden posited as a foil to our main protagonists? Are the makers asking us to compare their love relationship with our madcap couple? Why this rush? I dont mind them together... but, my feeling is that we are pushed to see them alongside our leads. And the question is why...😕
And yes, Ramnath is a weak man. No doubt about it. His actions of giving in to the emotional blackmail for the sake of keeping the family together..will be the ultimate catalyst to break the family apart. I won't be surprised if he was the one responsible behind Shravan losing his mother.

Yes, he was the reason (I am very sure on this😆) behind the collapse of his marriage. Also, one more thing.. in yesterday's episode Nanu said to Sumo that he shall find a groom who will enable her to fulfill her dreams. Something which I do believe Ramnath was not being able to have done with respect to his marriage.
Will Shravan be able do it.. fulfill her dreams?Answer is yes... why? Go back to the Khosla episode and see the way he solved the case. He reclaimed her whole identity. And his car was facing outward.. he will take Sumo away from the morass of misery which might lock her up sometime in the future.
But, before he managed to solve the Khosla case to her satisfaction, he did fail. So, Shravan Malhotra will fail only to rise like a phoenix😉
Also, Pushkar wondered to Sumo about the intensity of his passion when he does fall in love... my response to this, the formulation of his thought is wrong. The intensity of his love for his father was brought into open only when he realized he had lost him... Sumo's love can only be registered in the open when Shravan would have felt he has lost her. I used the word "felt", btw... like his father Sumo shall come back to his life. How, when and Why... can only be answered if we keep on watching this show😆😉😃

Thank you! That is very sweet of you. But really I mean it when I say you write beautifully.🤗
@blue.. definitely, he would have left. But, in my reading of Shravan (I might be wrong😆)... he left with the belief that all is well with her and she is my friend and shall continue to be my friend for ever. But, the problem with Shravan Malhotra is that this astute lawyer has never managed to decode the thin line between friendship and love. Agree with you! This is exactly what I meant but said it in a different way. In his head, she's a friend, though there is much more on a deeper level that moves him to act the way he does with her. And that's why he is unable to decode the thin line between friendship & love. Too much time passed, & too much went on that the love got buried deep inside his heart that its almost you know part of his existence. He doesn't need to question it. But what he can question is his relationship with her & for that the easiest answer was where it all started for them - the 'khoobsurat ehsaas' of friendship. On second thoughts, even Sumo follows this train of thought as well. And no wonder, even without her knowing or meaning to she fell in love with this child-man (she also used to look at his FB pics. Also, remember she once said I can let go of this Shravan but not that of old). For Suman, I am not sure when is it that she fell in love with him & I hope the CVs address this soon because it would be crucial to our understanding of Suman. All I know (or I think) is that she loves teenage Shravan. Even in adult Shravan she sees teenage Shravan. For her the only thing that sets the teenage & adult Shravan apart is the way they look & behave I think this had a role to play in her falling for adult Shravan (because the acknowledgement of love was for adult Shravan & not the teenage one).. the CVs have subtly brought in this whole 'looks & personality' angle in the way she would feel shy around him when he took off her shirt, or the way he would corner her & in the way adult Shravan is more actively protective of Suman unlike nerdy Shravan.
. His anger, resentment of ten years was not that of an adult man. It was a child's way to overcome his past hurt. Had he been an adult then, in spite of her provocation of bhagoda... he would have let her be. Just forgotten her. In fact, he might have stayed out of her reach.😆

YES! And I really want an eligible bachelor entering (as a cameo only😆) for Suman. I so want Suman at least attempting to move on, with Shravan noticing it all & starting to feel lonely etc.. I REALLY WANT THIS TRACK!
I dont know about Preekar.. something about them together gives me wrong vibes. And i dont know if you have noticed.. the Preekar scenes are always almost shown when Sharman are either thinking about each other or they are having their fights and whatever. YES! I noticed but never spoke about it because I thought maybe its just an editing thing. But now that you mention it (which I'm glad you did), I don't think the makers are using them as a foil.. but I get this feeling that it is in the midst of helping PreeKar for their marriage that something is gonna change between ShraMan. Either it could be marriage, or it could be their realisation of love, or some big separation. But I definitely think that the PreeKar track is going to have major repercussions on ShraMan's relationship.
Don't kill me for saying this & I really hope this doesn't happen.. but I get this feeling that ShraMan might get married soon. All the hints are there..Nanu finding a boy for Suman, Suman filling the idea of marriage in Ramnath's mind, Ramnath's approval of Suman as the girl who stayed by his son's side [the exact kind of girl Shravan confessed to wanting in the holi episode], the pictures of ShraMan [i just feel weird that this was there for an episode & it was left as that]
Yes, he was the reason (I am very sure on this😆) behind the collapse of his marriage. To be honest, I found this analogy by Pushkar ultra weird. I mean who compares their love for their parents with their love for their better half..it almost sounded incestuous to me😆

He will get a whack on his head and then realize he had gone too far or that he had never come close to understand his own feelings😉
For Suman, I am not sure when is it that she fell in love with him & I hope the CVs address this soon because it would be crucial to our understanding of Suman. All I know (or I think) is that she loves teenage Shravan. Even in adult Shravan she sees teenage Shravan. Yes, few more scenes of her ten years spent in isolation can be shown. I believe this shall also be depicted when her love would be spurned by Shravan. As of now.. though she is in love, her reading of it is entirely dependent on others' narratives (Shravan's letter and Preetha's tests)
. WOW! YOU WORDED THIS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFULLY!
😳🤗
And whether Sumo is more of a child.. I think so that is not of major importance though apparently.. her child-like responses are causing her more harm than to Shravan (as of now). YES! And I hope Shravan's outburst will finally teach her a lesson & that she will stop. He requires space.
Dont you worry about the space, he will get more than that. He will be thrust into void... a sheer nothingness... where the space between her and him cannot ever be measured.

YES! And I really want an eligible bachelor entering (as a cameo only😆) for Suman. I so want Suman at least attempting to move on, with Shravan noticing it all & starting to feel lonely etc.. I REALLY WANT THIS TRACK!

I guess you shall get it quite soon.. 😉

Yes, true hopefully it shall have a good impact

Hmm.. those pictures will be used... (if I am not wrong by our lawyer himself). Or, he might reject this marriage proposal😉
I don't doubt Shravan's love for Suman at all. But I wonder whether Shravan as a life partner would be as understanding as Shravan the friend. I don't know I feel that he might not be as understanding as a life partner & would have much more expectations from his wife..
You are thinking of their marriage quite soon😆 before his relationship with his mother shall be resolved to his satisfaction. Can happen.. but then this will be no different from any of Ekta's saerials. However, lets wait and watch. He will learn from his mistakes

To be honest, I found this analogy by Pushkar ultra weird. I mean who compares their love for their parents with their love for their better half..it almost sounded incestuous to me😆
🤣🤣 Agree, the nalogy was quite wierd. And what was more wierd was Sumo answering to his thought process by her more wierd logic

Thank you Sammy for liking my poem and the post itself😳
And thanks for your post. Very well articulated👏
