They must be maintaining it as he may be in business of buying and selling property so taking good care of it..

May be nobody was staying there are hence the house is as it was 18 years ago. And I've stopped thinking logically after watching so many TV shows 😆

Bloopers! Everything aside but how come the block game(whatever that hopping game is called😆) in the terrace is not erased. Like no rain or nothing happened in all these years. Seriously they could have changed few things here and there.

here is my theory .. since the owners died .. the lenders were forced to take it court .. indian court things take a long time .. and it was auctioned off which requires few more legality issues .. then kholsa gt he position of the house .. while assessing the house he found the papers .. did some research on family and how he can take advantage of it .. i know im being generous with the time .. i hope cvs fill us in and give a possible explanation
