Sumo ran behind him to catch up to him.

Sumo: Sunno!

Shravan stopped in his tracks and turned around. She still had the power to stop him.

Sumo: Tum.. Tum toh London jaane waale the naa?

Her heart was jumping in joy but she appeared to be frustrated.

Shravan: Haan, woh tumne call kiya toh Ruk gaya.

He said it quite frankly.

Sumo lowered her eyes and mentally slapped herself.

"Kya Tu bhi! Pehle call kiya phir poochti hai Kyun?", she thought.

Sumo: Toh, ab tum kya karoge? Flight toh miss Ho gayi hogi tumhaari...

Her voice trailed off as she said it.

Shravan: Dekhta Hoon... Par tumhe itni chinta Kyun hain? Tumhe kya fark padta hai?

He said it quite harshly which she didn't like. Why was he so rude? And what made him feel that she didn't care? Had she behaved so badly?

Just then, Kamini, Ramnath and Vandy came running.

Ramnath: Shravan... Tiwariji theek toh hain naa? Pushkar ne bataaya ki...

Shravan: Ab chinta ki koi baat nahi hai Papa. Woh gastric attack tha, that's all.

Ramnath rushed to see him while Kamini was more than irritated.

Kamini: Shravan puttar! Tumne apni flight miss kar di... Tiwari Ji ke liye? Aisa koi karta hai bhala. Aree gastric attack hi toh tha... Kaunsa woh...

Shravan: Chachi! Bass!

He said loudly. Sumo too was surprised. Shravan didn't raise his voice quite often. But when he did, no one could talk.

Shravan was too angry to talk about it. Nanaji wasn't somebody or anybody. He was Nanaji. The Nanaji.

He walked off to the ground floor of the Hospital and stood in the ground.

"Bura laga?", came a voice.

Shravan: Bura toh lagega naa?

He turned around and said. It was Pushkar.

And he remembered an old memory that still was as fresh as yesterday.

Sumo and Pushkar, both were running behind an angry Shravan. He was crying too much. A boy had torn his shirt and thrown him off the ground. He didn't have the guts to go home in such a way. As it is, who was bothered about him at home?

He ran all the way to Tiwari Quila, Sumo and Pushkar still following him. He ran straight to Sumo's room and started crying on her bed.

They ran upto him, gasping and out of breath.

Sumo: Kya Shravan! Olympics mein bhagega toh first aayega! Ab bataayega kya hua?

Pushkar: Bhaiyya ab bata bhi do!

But his sobs weren't just stopping.

"Koi ro raha hai kya?", came Nanaji.

Sumo: Dekhiye naa ise, jabse aaya hai bass roye jaa raha hai.

Nanu: Hmmm... Koi baat nahi. Ab koi rota Rahega toh woh Sev ki sabji kaun khayega? Haina Sumo?

They giggled and Sumo brought the sabji in a plate.

Nanu sat on the bed beside him and asked him,

Kya hua Shravan?

Shravan turned around to reveal his torn shirt. It was clear that he was bullied badly.

Sumo: Teri toh! Kiski itni himmat? Naam bata Shravan bass naam bata, usko thok thok ke...

Nanu: Suman!

She quietened down.

Nanu: Kisine tumko maara?

Shravan nodded sheepishly.

Shravan: Main kuch nahi kar pata jab woh mota aa jaata hai. Kitna strong hai woh...

Nanu: Toh phir tum use apne dimaag ki strength batao naa?

Pushkar: Dimaag ki strength?

Nanu: Haan! Dimaag use karo aur pareshaan kar do uss mote ko!

Shravan thought a little and understood the hint.

Shravan: Samajh gaya Nanu... Samajh gaya! Aur Sumo, yeh sabji khaali dekhne ke liye hain yaa main khaaoon?

All of them giggled and had a family lunch together.

This was Nanu. And this was the love that he got from them. Pushkar knew it. He knew how had their childhood passed. And what were the Tiwaaris for his Bhaiyya, specially his anchor Sumo.
