What I feel.is the characterization they tried to achieve through todays act is he plays by the book ,he wins a argument but hes not sensitive ,he's the nerdy ,bookish guy who's prospective is kind off limited

Also he's a 'I' person ,she's not willing to listen ,she will not come.to woods with me ,she will not leave her car for me etc etc not.willing to look at the other side of the story

Thats a good way of achieving this characterization and things do fit in ,what ever they have shown till now all on character

Actually the point that struck me yesterday was how Shravan told Ramnath that he would marry ANY GIRL his family chooses. He was quite sincere there. But he would make sure to test that girl and prove to his family if she deserves their family or not.

In Sumo's case, Ramnath doesn't have to be convinced. He knows, already.😆 So since beta has given consent to any girl his family chooses...ahem..😉

Another thing i forgot it midst of so confusion with ramnath being negative. In frst epi ramnath was the one who supported suman saying aaj bhi poti aur nana ke bich jhagra hua? Main to suman ke side se hu. But scolded her regarding family thing. So no way this man can be negative. Nor there is any tension btw suman and ramnath. N i saw the precap again to confirm. He was not that rude actually. Coz that was normal. He was badly shouting on shravan. So expected tha
