Dear friends,

Shwets has sent me some lovely collages on the Fridays episode...so here they are with a small write up...

The highly anticipated meeting between the leads happened on Friday's episode...

It is clear that they were quite close during teenage years...

Something happened...we don't know exactly what...

but whatever it was...it broke Shravans heart...

So much so that he wanted to leave everything ...and go away...so he did...

So much so that even after finishing school...he didn't come back ...and stayed back to work out of the country...

What was it?

Surely the curiosity has been built and we all would love to find out...

But for now...

The question we did get an answer to, is...How would they react when they come face to face after a long time...

She wAited for him...with a hope and a denial at the same time...

He waited ...trying his best to avoid her...after all she said...she had a meeting at 2:30... So she should be out by the time he gets to the house...

But as luck would have it ...she is the one at home...charged with the duty to attend to the guest...He delays it more, trying to make her wait...(like she made him ...in the past?)

And when they do come face to face...her reaction is to slam the door on his face...and lock the door...only to open it a minute later...What is clear is that she has a flood of emotions about him...and she doesn't know how to deal with those emotions...

What she knows is that...she is happy...happy that he is back...happy that the doors are not closed...on them...even if she does not know...or does not acknowledge where would the path lead to if the door is opened...

Yes, there is some exchange of words...but all essential...nothing beyond what is needed for functional purposes...that Shravan is there to see her grandpa...! There is an awkward moment...when they are both faced with some facts about how much he has meant to her even in his absence...

Hi Sush ,

Thanks for opening a thread . Like you , I am liking the show ...Finite series was my initial attraction . The leads are good looking ...chemistry , physics will follow have no doubts about it 😛😆

The sets are amazing , writing is crisp ...the flash backs are icing on the cake ...Thumbs up to the casting director , job well done .

The highlight of Friday's episode was the editing👏 ...Fingers crossed hoping the show ends on a high just like the opening week ...consistency is what I am looking for and hoping the team doesn't disappoint me .

nice review

i think the show is off to a great start... its got great looking leads, just the right amount of the typical family drama aunties love and a good storyline with a mystery. What happened in the past with these two that shravan is still angry with her is what i really want to know. Did she break his heart or was it some big misunderstanding between the duo?

Nice post! Shravan seemed to idolize her.. when they were to young.. That Birthday gift to loving her cooked food.. It seems to be the other way around now..

Great Post!

Definitely an exceptional start.

Before I say anything, I like how the girl is not an overly-jolly-always-happy girl which always gets too extreme and not realistic because lets be honest, no one is really like that ALL the time in reality.

Theres, definitely, a past between the duo and it seems interesting. We did see him crying and leaving for the airport while the girl yelled his name so some misunderstanding took place.

I loved the little boy and how he asked Shravan questions;of why he was in the house and that too with his sister.😆

The next episode seems interesting, it showed that shravan still weighs on her life.

In the past, he ran after her but it seems its going to be the other way around.

i ended up watching this show few hours ago accidently while searching a promo for kapil sharma's new show...I got to hear the title song and it just attracted me to watch this show...So first i did watched all the promos and got a idea of the serial what they will going to show...in the promos i noticed that this female lead somewhat resembles like vaani kapoor...1st episode was simple yet beautiful and it gave me enough driving force to catch up on the remaining episodes...Writing,direction was top notch and the most of the credit goes to suman's character and the actress who is playing this character deserves applause...This lead kinda reminds me of Khushi from IPKKND..I dont know how many of you felt like me...She is so pretty and has a beautiful smile..They did used the childhood scenes whenever they are necessary and their scenes were really cute to watch...First it was shravan who keeps on going around sumo but now here role reversal is happening... Rest of the cast are ok and there is not much OTT n melodramatic stuff in the 1st week...Hope they stick to this till the end...When they will meet after 10 long years i thought they may bump into each other n will get to see eyelock for 2 mins😆...Shravan is trying too hard to pretend but still he remembers each n every thing about her...i have done stuff from the all the episodes but just posting only few gifs as i dont want to turn this post into mess...Looking forward to the good quality episodes and lets hope we will have great time in this forum...BTW you can address me as tarun😛

Edit:i forgot to mention few things which i want to share...Their MU's long back will deffo be silly and i will be surprised if their is such big MU's between them...😆Wonderful collage @shwets and good post @sush

So, I watched all the episodes in a go the day before my law exam, and I got to say, I was not disappointed.

What I loved about the show was that their meeting was actually quite normal- no "hawa jhoka ka" or the intense eylock or the duppata over the guy's face.

And I loved Dabbu asking questions to Shravan.

Plus, their nok-jhoks are going to be a treat to see, or so I hope so. It has been a while I watched an hindi serial:P
