That would've better too. Vikram could've exited post courtcase & the focus couldve been on Suman's redemption thus paving the way for a better track as opposed to what's being displayed. To top it all, Kanchan, once one of more tolerable characters of the Tiwari family, outright displays her dismay for Shravan & Bunty which is unnecessary & sudden favoritism towards Vikram. Her advices are unnecessary. Bunty's dialogue was right on her sudden attitude development as a bitter gourd yet she just criticized for his physical appearance such as his mustache so that was uncalled for. The dialogues don't have much of an essence TBH.
I would understand her having some restrictions when it comes to Shravu coz his dad was tagged deshdrohi and the cause for her Tauji's death, but she should have ignored him rather than make pointed comments or maybe atleast remembered that during the courtcase, he and his family have served their time. Vikku ka favoritism might be because he is doing the case for free, maybe? God knows what she sees in him! Also, what on earth has Bunty done to her to get this cold behavior? He is being civil to her everytime he sees her but she continues to glare at him as if he has killed her cat or something!
Hmm, yes or the redemption track which would've still sufficed for her character development.
Yeppp!! I just think since she has reopened the case, the facts need to come to light in front of her. Will give SuVan a chance to keep meeting, Vikku to do some actual work and basically they can show once her MU is cleared, both immediately got recruited to different assignments so dont really get to make amends atleast for the next month or so. Even if they cannot be shown in the army base camp, maybe they can show them doing research and training (in the house) for their assignments. That way they can recall old days when Sumo helped Shravu to record his holiday homework and maybe do some "What ifs" wala scenes where these two retrospect how things would have been better if they could have stuck together through the storm.
I had heard sometime back that Devika resumed shooting but I don't know whether that was really true or not. But, they were more tolerable as opposed to current characters.
Yeah..Devika's "Mere Babu ne thaana thaaya" would have made a comeback and Suman ki jalti but since they are BFFs she would not be able to say much. They could have explored the Anish-Devika dynamic too. Maybe a Shravan-Devika-Anish triangle where Sumo tries to pretend date Anish, and then ends up playing cupid for AnIka. There seemed to be something from Anish's side pre-lockdown and that defo had jodi potiential.
Abhi toh I would truly prefer if they show some more FBs (dont know how feasible that is given their hairstyles) if they wanna show fillers rather than bore me with Vikku & Sophie.
