So I have now seen plenty of scenes —- where post leap the Main leads reunite... is this often the case in reality ? I wonder....

What will be interesting is how these two get past the hurt. Losing your parents— and maybe her grand father as well? I fear maybe she has had to shore up her defenses as she is “alone”... truly. And Shravan getting past his anger and disappointment, hurt feelings to realize — maybe she over spoke and was hurt too.

I hope they show this duo as the “mature” kids — who gradually re-establish the special relationship they shared. I hope the past is actually the foundation for the better. Sometimes — after the leap, I have found a third angle and the typical — one up man ship, a bit melodramatic. I hope in true EDKV2 style, the writers keep up the crisp and “real” feel the show has demonstrated so far!

Well, its just the start so lets see where this journey takes them towards. Today, a 2nd episode at least gave a brief clarity on the emotional turnover these two had to face over 7-8 years so it seems that both have become habitual to this sort of behavior over the years I guess. Adding an extra feather of complexity in the characters isn't usually easy to portray which can either leave the audience spellbound or not. So, it is a quite a good thing that as more episodes roll in, we'll get a deeper backstory and how it is concurrent with the present phase with coming episodes I guess. Obviously, they were young at the time, so kuch faisle aise utaye jiska asar aaj b hai whenever the topic arises either by remembrance or a 3rd party like Bunty for today.

Looks like, she's going to start to look for emotional support post leap as she's locked her emotions in and similar with Shravan also he's still jovial person but deep down feels inflicted by the wounds of the incidents. But more with Suman since she's lost parental support, restrained relationship with Beena as beena was just giving so much motherly love to Veer and overexpressing her gratitude according to Suman is just way too dramatic so she knows how to answer back in the same manner.

This is my hope as well. They were always mature kids despite their age. The honourability of the characters has always been what made the love story so wonderful. I don't want them to lose that essence.
