@bold: you can get the promotion of a Major in 7-8 years with just this exception of being an extremely hard-working Army officer... I remember this as my dad told me that he was the only officer in his regiment to become a Major in 7 years... toh agar ek exceptional type kay Army Officer ho (in relation to your Army Missions & other Administrational work) then you can be awarded as a Major

At first I thought that I had wrong info of Major's insignia but it made more sense later when they called him captain😆

Logically speaking the way they have described shravans actions its unlikely he will become a major this soon lol he was getting complaints from his CO 5 mins into the epi lol

I dont get the obsession that shravan has to be a major, being a captain is pretty cool too lol

@bold same...this is one reason(probably the only one other wise all ranks are cool....mujhe toh Lieutenant bhi chalega) I want him to be Major by the end....he should be higher than army kids kyunki mere kaleje ko thandak milega🤣
