Khule Button Ki Kasam

Seriously, Shravan?🤣

I'm finding this whole "khula button" saga funny since Friday's epi only but today it got even more hilarious😆. There is something surprisingly innocent about the fact that Shravan thinks opening one button of his shirt will impress Sumo😆....the fact that Sumo also knows that it's that easy to trick him (playing to his vanity) and he still falls for it hook, line and sinker just adds to the hilarity😆

He really is like an eager puppy 😆....you can't help but smile over his eager antics, no matter how much he tries to smirk like a wannabe stud😆

Today's epi had a return of jugaadu Shravan once again....the one who knows how to forge his path even in the face of disrespect. OTT Brigadier was acting nasty with him as usual, but Shravan didn't let that faze him and managed to create his own place to sit in the group study. Vijay and his wife watching all this with a big smile from the balcony added a heartwarming touch to the scene. I'm glad they are returning back to more of the basic elements like Vijay seeing that promise in Shravan and trying to nurture it.....the AAG inside Shravan, as he likes to call it😆. I also liked that Vijay encouraged Shravan in the group study, pointing out that he's the only one who gave an introduction about his own abilities rather than boasting about his family background.

For all his goofy ways, Shravan then has these moments when he stumps everyone with a curious question....like when he asked why people inquired about his father's name for his school admissions and not his mother's, if family background matters that much. Vijay had no response😆

I don't know if I forgot to notice this before but the fact that Shravan calls Kanchan "Kancha" is so sweet....lol how quickly he's absorbed the closest relationships around Sumo.

The 'khula button' scene after the class got over was 😆.....the way Shravan popped open the button specifically Sumo ko dikhaane ke liye....and Sumo noticed and smiled, amused by his antics😆....to later, the way the scene flipped again when she told him to stop having expectations from her to wake him up early and snapped at him to close his button too😆. This back and forth they do between Shravan thinking he's "impressing" her, Sumo indulging him for a bit and then becoming stern again when she thinks she's given him too much leeway😆.....

Shravan might be the one flying high with expectations right now but I think Sumo will be in for a rude awakening of her own again when she realizes she's grown more fond of him than she is willing to admit😆. I hope in the process, she also learns to grow a mind beyond just viewing everything from her father's viewpoint. This robotic way of thinking that she has ki Papa ne bola din toh din, raat toh raat, Shravan mein aag toh aag😆....I hope she can grow beyond that.

So Shravan's next big challenge is to try and wake up at 5 am😆....and by the looks of the precap, kuch alag level ka plan banaya lagta hai 😆.....Let's see if he manages to turn up somehow tomorrow....lol

P.S. I'd forgotten that he's saved his dad's number as "Papa - ATM" in his phone🤣.....he really is such a pampered baccha😆

Good Monday episode again....hope the show keeps up the pace in this group study track.

So Shravan's next big challenge is to try and wake up at 5 am😆....and by the looks of the precap, kuch alag level ka plan banaya lagta hai 😆.....Let's see if he manages to turn up somehow tomorrow....lol hmm, i think it'll be interesting to see shravan convert from a night owl to a morning rooster😆we've seen him from fooling daadu, to changing anish's script, forming a civilian group, speaking up the honest truth/realizing his faults, attempting to donate blood (unfortunately that didnt happen so i'd presume that he did donate blood), planning for the tire puncture, fixing the scooty's tire in anger, and now questioning the whole saga of taking on the father's name as opposed to the mother's name...again, no wonder why we can see why he gets the title of a major as opposed to a captain..

I'd forgotten that he's saved his dad's number as "Papa - ATM" in his phone🤣.....he really is such a pampered baccha😆 but what does atm in shravan's sense?🤣papa as the bank balance or papa the "automated tokna machine"😆i feel bad that he turned out rebellious in his initial days but he's using his rebellious behavior for good now...he just needs a direction now..😃

In the case of Suman, I think it’s still a journey for her and she has to be allowed that time and space for her opinion about Shravan to evolve. She’s a girl who hides a lot inside her in trying to stubbornly focus on her army-centric goals. Her calling Shravan “dumb” and “loser” is all part of the fact that she considers him a silly goof.

The traits that Sumo respects - trust, honesty, loyalty, maturity....Shravan’s track record is mixed on these things. So to me it seems like she still doesn’t know enough about Shravan to take him that seriously. It will take time. Right now she moves back and forth between being drawn to him and being disappointed whenever she thinks he’s being irresponsible. Inka aise hi evolve hoga slowly 😆

I don’t really think she is “using” him....it’s more like she’s cajoling him like a kid for now 😆...like you tell a kid he’s looking very smart to get him to agree to go out to a party 😆. She doesn’t know he loves her....she thinks he’s just a flirt 😆

Shravan already knows she considers him dumb 😆 so he will keep trying to prove himself to her but yes I’m sure they will have a confrontation at some point where Sumo may finally start taking him seriously.

Shravan- He needs someone who can believe in him and appreciate him for what he is. Vijay Tiwari is the person who will make Shravan believe in himself and also elevate his self-esteem. He loved it when he was appreciated for stating his own views today. Also, he made his own place on the table.

Sumo- Her continuous looking back and forth for Shravan makes one wonder. Does she really want Shravan for group studies just because her Dad wants it? Or does she want it too? I agree with her though that Khula button looks good on Shravan. 😉

Kanchan- Loved how Shravan called her Kancha and I think she is going to realize it earlier than Sumo that Sumo is drifting towards Shravan.

Dadu- Thank God he is not in charge of group studies. And his teaming up with Aneesh and Devika is unbearable.

Vijay Tiwari- Looks like he is going to be the role model which Shravan needs. He has always liked Shravan right from the beginning and even trusted Sumo to go out with him. Like how he is always so positive and encouraging Shravan directly or indirectly.

Malhotra Clan- It was funny to see them spying from their terrace and Mama Malhotra will be in for a big shock when Shravan will actually join the army.

Well once again stupid IF ate my comment. Shravan was simply so cute today. His best quality is this that he is so pure at core so innocent bas itna sa kisi ne usse praise kar dua and khil gaya yeh and I really love that. Yes he tries to be all smart all oversmart but uski shraraton main bhi ek pyari si shaitani hai. I love how he blended in the class so effortlessly and then knocked out vijay with his simple sa question

About suman yes it's a journey of hers to separate her thoughts from her father's for now I feel this will play an important part in creating rift between shravan sumo and then she will get down to the learning that she's a separate entity from her father and is entitled to have her own opinions right now she's overly influenced and over idolize him

Yes, I'm glad Shravan finally has Vijay's direct guidance in this track....hope it continues for a bit because this will be crucial in Shravan's development. As Vijay mentioned again today, all Shravan needs is discipline to channel the traits that already exist in him and he can achieve anything he aims for. He definitely needs a steady role model to look up to and Vijay can be that for him. Waise bhi, he will realize ultimately that to win over Sumo, he needs to win over Vijay first😆.

Daadu's character has been badly degenerated in this phase....showing him being so childish as to plot with chindi brats like Anish and Devika is ridiculous🤔

The Malhotras were a bit more bearable today rather than the last few epis where they being shown excessively negative towards their Army neighbors....today it was slightly more light hearted as they watched Shravan from a distance and felt bad that he was being mistreated at the class...today their resentment was understandable.

And honestly, watching him today, I was reminded of your comment from a couple of days back about what an adorable PUP he is😆.....sach mein eager puppy jaisa hi lagta hai.....pure hearted but oh so eager for attention and affection😆. As you said, even his sharaaratein, his mischief have a pyari si quality to them😆

Sumo's whole world is her father - any shift from that worldview may need a big fallout for a change to happen.
