People already started believing vyom will kill sadhvi.

So I watched the episode and it was everything we all have been expecting from the beginning, Shiv shanny being lovers was very obvious, BUT that doesn't prove that Vyom is lying or he's the murderer! Sharanya also got fbs of her with Vyom at the mandir the same fb Vyom was shown talking about in the first episode. Like Mag said we can't ignore Vyom being stabbed, shiv holding the dagger, rajan saying Shanny's gonna need Vyom's support once she regains her memory, Shiv's shayari indicating betrayal!! All things weren't just put out there for the heck of it. Also the fact that Vyom telling the Bishts of him and Sharanya being in love while she was in coma, it's not like he knew she would wake up and lose her memory, he couldn't have taken such a stupid risk...there's way more to the story than what is being shown right now. No one is denying that shiv Sharanya were lovers and the dude sadhvi was talking about was most likely shiv but there's more to Vyom and VanYa...of course Vyom isn't a doodh ka dhula he might have hidden few things from Sharanya but he isn't evil or the killer..and I still think Sharanya dated both the guys, hence shiv's shayari hinting towards a betrayal.

Also did everyone notice the new promo? It started with shiv Lekin ended with Vyom/VanYa and Vyom caressing sharanya's face and she was lost in Vyom's eyes
