If Vyom would lie ?

Then why is there so much of unsaid passion and love in Sharanya's hidden tears? It is a genuine question, since I am a girl and i know that girl's cannot lie when they look into the eyes of their love, Sharanya was so helpless here, her lies caught by Vyom and how delicately he assures her that he does not need anything from her, her silent acceptance was all that he needed. And she is still so naive and foolish to leave her family for Vyom? Which girl would leave her whole family for a male friend? If after forgetting her 5 years, she can be so helpless and selfless in Vyom's love then why would we actually have the idea that she never loved Vyom?

CVs, please do not make Sharanya a cluless puppet after the plot wtist is revealed, if she is so strong and firm now, then her past should not be something which contradicts her present demeanor. There is a reason why Vyom is bat shit crazy for her, she cannot be ignored and when he sees her leave everything behind just for his sake, he can be as dangerous as to have a free fall from the terrace. If this is not convincing then I do not know what is convincing, because I am somebody who always believed that Kashish would be sujal's despite Piyush being the flawless guy in her life, i was the one who believed Vividha was Atharva's despite Ravish's sacrifices and his commitment, Kripa was Angad's despite his douchebaggery and Prithvi's selfless love, so I really want to believe that Sharanya was/is Vyom's despite his self mutilation and obsession.
