What I think is happening..

i think Sharanya and Shiv were a couple in college. Vyom is actually "stealing" Shiv's part in their story ie all the flashbacks he's related were moments between Shiv and Sharanya. Maybe Vyom loved her from a distance and she didn't give him the time of day. After her accident, he started visiting her at the hospital and got her parents to believe that they were a couple.

With all those powers 2 years is enough time for a ghost to know the truth and clear his misunderstanding

There's no point for misunderstanding.

Isn't telling her these stories to trigger her memory ?? So why trigger shiv ???

I feel sharanya met shiv( who is actual vyom she referred in her fb posts) in the first accident. Later both of them met in college and were a couple. Vyom(vikram) might be their mutual friend. In the 2nd accident, shiv died(might not have died in accident, someone killed him I think) n sharanya was in coma for 2 years. Vyom(vikram) who also loves sharanya might be faking some part of their past bcoz she might get into depression if she knows death of shiv.(may be that's why He said no one else was there in her first accident fearing that she might remember abt shiv).He might be doing it with her parents consent. But his love is also true. He is not the real culprit.
