I don't think so, fire factor isn't going right with Shiv.

I think the fiery florist could be Shiv's bhootiya bestie who he met in the afterlife.

The delivery man died in that fire and is now aiding Shiv.

He shouldn't be died in fire mishap. other wise he would be fire bhoot but he is Icy Bhoot 🤣
