Makers never bother to show how kabir married Kavya ? it was compromised shadi to give Kavya and arush house proection

Mandir ke shadi /fake shadi does not need divorce paper... But if they have married legaly on paper then divorce is required ..

Both party gave reason for this .. one did it for protect and another did it for Revenge ..

Guys okay, let me clarify. According to Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, what is needed for wedding is ceremonies and witnesses to the wedding.

Marrying in a temple is no wedding, because there are no witnesses. Marrying with wrong ceremonies is also no marriage because the rituals are wrong. Both of them are wrong.

Rituals can differ according to customs of region/ state, but witnesses are non-negotiable.

Janruv wedding is fake because they got married in temple without witnesses and the Pandit was witness to a drama not a wedding.

But the court can raise a presumption of marriage on the basis of 1 year cohabitation. If the couple/ party wants to deny marriage then they have to proof that there was no consummation.

Here Janruv had no consummation after 1 year. Such marriage is void anyways.

I do not watch any other shows apart from EBSS, Patiala and Ladies Special.. sometime Nimki Mukhiya .

Ekta is using Fake drama since day one,. blllywood uses this also. so why people are surprised ..

I'm totally not into mainstream TV and Bollywood.

I thrive on logic. Abhi tak I've watched only 4-5 shows, all on Sony. So yeah. SP first timer with this and DD.
