If Dhruv got to know about Jaanvi's truth definitely he will feel for her and he may fight against his father. At the same time if he comes to know her plan definitely he won't allow her to do and he may turn against her. (He knows very well that he can not convince her)

He will silently protect her but he won't allow her to take drastic measures against anyone.

I don’t think this soon he will come to know abt the truth.

Still confused whether he will support jhanvi or not but still he will be heartbroken n feel betrayed.

He is mysterious too.
