I have said this before also on Shrenu ATs. Don't judge character by their backgrounds.
I liked GKS and I like Jahnvi too. And their clothes or language is not the reason.

Also, a lot of ppl are comparing Jahnvi to the "good" bahus of TV. That is a wrong comparison. Kavya is the bahu of the show, so she should be compared to Parvati, Priya, etc.
Jahnvi should be compared to Svetlana or Komonika, because she is playing an antagonist. And I think Jahnvi is much written than the usual villanous characters in Tellywood.

Can't agree more. Especially the first para, I noticed it too ,but thought people will like it or not, so refrained from commenting on it. English speaking is not something very modern, so where from speaking English becomes equivalent to being modern.
Also agree with the second para, many people are trying to justify Jhanvi's action, are afraid whether she would kill a person or not etc. But the thing is, she is a negative character, then why don't we accept her as she is. Why should we try to mould her into a just woman.
