Om is torturing someone in his hospital(I think it is the guy who complained maybe)
They r going to do surgery on him
Doc takes anaesthesia but Om says don't waste it. (Creep abd all jus hospital staff are also like him)the guy agrees to withdraw the complaint Om let's him go
